I knew what was wrong (squealing tension roller) so I ordered my parts from Sears for my Kenmore/​Maytag dryer. Wrong parts sent after I had the dryer torn apart. Called A&P and said they had the replacement kit. Got there and inspected the bag and sure enough they were right. Every thing in the Sears bag was wrong. Went back home and finished the job. $ 23 cheaper than Sears too! I will be contacting A&P first, on my next DY project. THANKS A&P for the great service.

I am very picky about good service and fair pricing and A&P offered me both. After I called several places I decided A & P had the friendliest staff and the most knowledge in their industry. They were very timely in their visit (which was the very next morning on late notice) and gave a fair and accurate diagnosis of my refrigerators problems. I feel extremely comfortable using them in the future and am looking forward to forming a long lasting relationship with this family owner company.

Another repair company could not help me and recommended A&P. I had checked prices with a large well known appliance company and A&P was half the cost!!! They fixed my stove in less than 24 hrs after my call. They advertise a fair price and they are telling the truth. I will never call anyone else. The lady that answered the phone was a GEM she was very nice. You will not regret calling them.

Needed a thermal cut out kit for my dryer. They charged me $ 38.50. It is only 10.95 from whirlpool with free shipping. I can understand a 50% to 75% markup but almost 200%!!!

This place is the best. In a market that is overpriced and overrun with box store repair solutions, A&P is the kind of old school appliance repair store your grandpa would love, and that’s what makes it awesome. They are always reasonable and fair. If you can bring your appliance to them for service they will fix it with a much lower labor charge than a house call. I’ve had them come out to our house for a fridge once and had them work on two appliances in shop and not a single bad experience, and they fixed all three same day. Why replace your appliance when you can get many more years of service from it for a fair repair price here?

My furnace igniter went out. I was calling all the appliance stores using Unilocal apps, most of the stores don’t carry one in stock except A&P appliance. The other store carries it but has to be shipped from other state and I want it the same day, even A&P price is higher than the other store if I want to wait for a few days with shipping charges. A&P Appliance matched the price without paying the shipping charge! It’s even amazing what A&P did, I got the igniter home but it was cracked, A&P exchange a new one for me free of charge, that’s the customer service I really like about A&P Applance

Prompt, polite, efficient and helpful. Mike cleaned out the drain pump on our front loading washing machine and explained how to prevent this from happening in the future. I would happily hire A & P Appliance again as well as recommend the company to friends & family.

Our washer and dryer at the salon I own was acting up and we needed someone to fix it fast. They were out within a few hours of talking to them, charged $ 50 less than another place I called and had the part with them to fix right then and there! Fantastic service, will definitely use again.

I decided to give a&p a try figuring what they couldn’t offer in price they could probably deliver in customer service. I decided to go this route because returning things online can really be a hassle, and with a&p less then 10 minutes away I decided to give it a try. So I payed the $ 48.50 premium instead of the $ 36 online price (s&h included) and rolled the dice. Let me say this, in terms of customer service it couldn’t have been worse. It turns out the part I had bought was incorrect, but because I had plugged it in to see if it fit the application a&p would not return it for me. Wouldn’t even take it back me offering to pay a 15% restocking fee. Forget these guys, you can tell a person or a business’ true character when a problem arises, and i’m afraid a&p didn’t pass the test.
