We just had a home under contract that had been listed by Borean Realty. The offer and counter had been signed by both parties. However, we were shocked to have our home inspection stopped and be informed that they had accepted another offer.
If you deal with them make sure you run through all language with a fine toothed comb. Don’t expect the courtesy of being informed that there are other offers. It may be best to have an attorney ensure your contract is really binding.
