These guys were great! Prompt service with a smile and they spent extra time on the stains. My carpet looks so much better. The price is right and I’m going to call them soon to work on my couch since I found out they clean upholstery too.

Steve has the worst customer service i have ever had. scheduled an appt with him for $ 88 for a bedroom job which he agreed to. when he showed up his price went to 160. i said all i wanted is a steam clean for $ 88. And he walked out in the middle of my statement saying he will rather go watch football. i was shocked beyond belief.
So i called praise cleaning services of beaverton and he showed up and got the job done for $ 85. My carpet looks amazing. Thanks to Steve for that nasty attitude i would not have found Praise Clean Service. i need a zero or negative star fo steve and

A small dog and two kids had my carpets looking terrible. I put it off for a long time and I thought the carpet might need to be replaced in all 3 bedrooms. My friend told me about these guys. Steve came out and educated me on Deep Clean’s technology and said he knew he could get them looking really nice again. He was right. They look great! They are the only company I will use. So friendly, on-​time and true professionals. It doesn’t hurt that their prices are the lowest around too. I like these guys a lot!!!

Excellent and prompt service. Just got a new puppy and had some issues with potty training. Steve and his crew came to my home and gave me a fair price considering the damage that had been done to my carpet. One hour later my carpets were free of urine. Now I am not ashamed to bring people over. Thank you Steve.

Just bad customer service. End of story. They lie about the prices, they twist your arm into doing something you don’t want to.
If you try and tell them you don’t want the service they try and charge you for gas, than they charge you more than what is advertised on the Craigslist add.
They aren’t even nice about trying to charge you for gas, they’re rude and demand 20 dollars for coming out.
They advertised for 69 dollars on Craigslist, than come out here and say, no actually 188.
They say on the add 18 — 100 for pet treatment depending on how many rooms. There was only one room to treat, and they were trying to charge that much more.
This is a disgusting company.
Save you’re money and go with someone else!
