Oregon Hauling & Cleanup

Thank you, so much! My husband had accumulated a mountain of construction debris that he could not haul away himself. Oregon hauling to the rescue. Very easy to work with, nice gentlemen.

My issue is not with the service but the outsourced office now in Phoenix.
And when calling, all you get is a call center that knows absolutely nothing about the company and its billing …
On or about May 11^th, I called when I hadn’t read a billing. Told them and said I would be mailing a payment. On the 11^th, asked when the alleged bill went out and was told on the first of May so I should have had it by the 11^th.
Called again June 1 when noticed check had not cleared… was told that billing actually and allegedly went out in April… told them check no, bed, amount, etc.
S/​W Ken who actually was very nice and seemed to know what was going on and explained why our area billings go out in April. He said to wait till 4 th to see if clears.
He asked where I sent it and told him address on the bill and he said that was not correct so am wondering why the incorrect address has been on the billings we have gotten for years. He didn’t know why.
Checked my acct on 3^rd and it finally cleared on ⁶⁄₁ nit wasn’t showing till now.
Called the «call center» in Phoenjx and was told the payments actually go to
Los Angeles so, asked why that information is not on our bills. She didn’t know why .
She then put an alleged supervisor on and he doesn’t know any more than the next person. again, we have a call center outsourced to Phoenix instead of having a local office to deal with on our area. If they are trying to save money by doing this how
about doing it right… if the pay, net is supposed to go, to an address other than what is on our billings, many is that information not on there ?
Unacceptable business practices and unacceptable to have a call center know
nothing about a business they are answering phones for .
Let’s get back to having local offices we can contact that know what they are doing .
Guess the outsourcing is to save money so there is more profit for the business but it is missing the business and customer service, of being able to help others and that is unacceptable

Oregon Hauling was at my complex removing furniture that a tenant had left behind when she moved. I had made an appointment with the big national company to remove my love seat next Monday. I asked them what they would charge and it was half of what the other company quoted. I was pleasantly surprised when they said they could haul away my love seat right away and gave me an additional discount since there were already here! Great guys and very friendly! A friend of mine needs a couch removed and I’m definitely going to tell him about Oregon Hauling.

Wayne and Ben just picked up a sleeper sofa about an hour after I called to inquire about removal. Friendly and professional, these guys knew what they were doing. Great service and a very reasonable price. Thank you!

We had a couch that spent 25 years in someone else’s family before the two of us adults and our large dog used it as a daily hangout. Twas time to send it to couch heaven and my patience and willingness for moving around heavy awkward objects is quite short. After a brief Internet adventure we came upon these guys who gave us a reasonable price quote for the circumstances. Five minutes later, and very little sweat off my back and it was out of sight out of mind. Hooray for immediate solutions that don’t gouge your pocket.

I called Oregon hauling on a Sunday and they called me back within hours. We set up a time for them to come later on in the week when I was available. They were on time, professional, courteous, and overall were a great value! They were upfront with their pricing on the phone which is much different than other companies I called. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone with hauling needs.

Oregon Hauling & Cleanup did a great job of debris clean-​up including attention to detail. They picked up every bit of the debris trail from the debris pile to the truck and raked where needed.
They seemed affordable compared to another service I used. But this is a bit subjective as it is hard to tell from a big pile of debris what it will be in cubic yards.
None the less, these guys do seem affordable, with attention to detail, easy to talk to, answers questions and concerns, professionals, brought the equipment they needed, and finished the job in a timely manner.

By far the most affordable junk haulers around. Their website is right; they were half the cost of the other junk haulers. I called the guy late in the afternoon on a weekend and he still made time for me. The man was very friendly and removed my junk quickly.

These guys were awesome! Very professional and efficient, and the bill came exactly what they said it would. We had a huge pile of dirt and yard debris that needed to be removed and they took a giant truckload off our hands. Thanks!!!
