Oregonians Credit Union

I’ve been with Oregonians for a few years now. Always excel nt service and fast response time for anything I need. Certainly beats the heck out if big banks who could care less.

This should be a private bank! Don’t put the name Oregonians in your business name. You have to work at a specific place in order to get account here. Or be a special type of person. I felt discriminated.

Been a member at this location for over 25 years. They are awesome! Even when they have a REALLY crabby customer who can’t figure out why on a Friday afternoon at 1:00 pm of a holiday weekend there might be a line. HELLO!!! Holiday Weekend you should know it will be just like 217 slow! EVERYONE wants to deposit or take out $$$ before the holiday. Great job on how they handled it.

As far as financial institutions go, I highly recommend credit unions. As far as credit unions go, I highly recommend Oregonians Credit Union.
They’re employer based, with over 3000 employers as business partners, as well as multiple chambers and associations which through, you can be eligible for membership. Don’t hesitate to call and find out if you qualify.
They are a full service financial institution with loans for most any need and a range of accounts. They have a financial advisor available to speak with. They also work with auto brokers if you’re looking for help finding a car.
Being a credit union member has plenty of perks. Sometimes they offer discounts on products and services through programs they have. You may be eligible for lowered car insurance costs for being a member. Plus the obvious reasons of being local, giving back to your community, and being part owner of the financial cooperative. They have very competitive rates.
If you’re worried about convenience, know that Oregonians (OFCU) is part of the co-​op network, which is a network of ATM’s (usually credit unions) that you can use surcharge-​free. They’re also part of the shared branching network, which is a long list of credit unions that allow you to use their branches for basic services if you’re out of the area of your credit union. OFCU has E-​teller, direct deposit, debit cards, an android and iPhone app, and even mobile deposit capture.
