We own a property management business here in Portland and we use Royal Pest Solutions for ALL of our pest control needs. Tom Salts, owner, is responsive, passionate about customer service and always does what he says he will do. A real man of integrity, I know our clients are well taken care of when Tom and his team are on the job. As an example, we had one particularly tough flea problem in one of our homes and not only did Tom get out there right away, he returned for a follow up visit, at no additional cost, to make sure the issues was fixed. Now our owners are happy, our residents are happy and best of all, our business reputation is enhanced because of Royal Pest Solutions!

I was helping a friend who lives in Tigard, Oregon with finding a pest controller in her area. Royal Pest Solutions, a family owned and operated business, came out and went above and beyond.
The owner, Tom Salts, was very professional, informative and provided the perfect package to fit my friend’s pest control needs (wood pecker, 3 different ants, and spiders), at a very, very reasonable cost. No doubt we will be using and referring Royal Pest Solutions to our friends and family.

My husband and I had a serious ant issue that was overcoming our master bathroom. Royal Pest Control was highly recommended so we were placed in touch with the owner, Tom. Tom was professional, highly educated in the matter, and personally previewed our property to be sure there were not other factors that could contribute to pest issues in the further. I’m happy to report that we are now pest free!
We signed up for bi-​monthly maintenance so we never have to deal with ants again. I would highly recommend this service!
