History

Established in 2012.

To understand why we started New Leaf Pest Control, you need to understand a little about the pest control industry. It can be shady at times. Scare tactics and bait-​and-​switch sales methods are often used to drive up sales at the expense of hard working home owners. Working in the industry myself and later in management, I observed these tactics being used and even saw them encouraged in the field. I also saw a real lack of customer service, leaving customers «nickel and dimed» and frustrated.

Somewhere along the way I realized that the Portland and Vancouver area needed a better option for pest control services. My wife and I decided to create that option. We named our new company «New Leaf» because we wanted to signify a fresh start on how pest control service should be.

We asked ourselves one simple question, «If we were customers, what would we want in a pest control company?» The answer to that question has become everything that our company stands for.

Jordan has been working in the pest control industry for the past 10 years as a technician, field supervisor, office manager and owner. As the owner of New Leaf Pest Control, he is dedicated to making sure that his team exceeds the expectations of his customers. Him and his wife Sarah live in the Vancouver, Washington area and have two children (Bryson and Wesley).
