In 2011 Tammi helped my Dad sell his house in Gaston. At the time my Dad lived in Burns, OR. and was over 300 miles away. He did not own or use a computer. Tammi worked to make it a smooth and easy process for him.
In May 2012 Tammi helped my husband and I buy property in Dilley and she worked quickly to contact the sellers agent to put in the offer. We were fortunate enough to see the agent put the For Sale sign up and we contacted Tammi immediately and she was there for us.
In 2014 I listed my home in Banks, OR. with Tammi. It was winter and even though I had my doubts and some strong opinions she was confident about proceeding and the house was sold and closed within three months. Tammi really knows how to showcase the houses she sells and the photographer she uses does a very professional job. Tammi is easy to work with and professional and she is upfront about explaining the process as well as keeping everyone’s expectations in line.
We have used Tammi to buy property and to sell and would use her again.

After experiencing several different real estate agents Tammi has been a breath of fresh air to work with. Always calm and straightforward with regards to both selling and buying. Our house was a bit a difficult sale but she helped us price it right and gave good advice that got us through and sold with a minimum of fuss.
She’s always on point with the buying process and quickly available to handle questions or other matters. She was very patient as we sorted through what we really wanted and viewed homes. We finally found what we wanted and she helped us put together a good deal that we’re very happy with. It’s been great having a real estate agent you have confidence in.

We used Tammi for our selling and buying of our new home. She priced our home well and our pictures of the house were professionally done. We sold quickly at full price. We were very happy with the outcome of selling our property. There were a few hiccups a long the way but with her professionalism, nothing seemed unmanageable.
We decided to buy a new house that’s in the process of being built. We have had some problems with the builder (not being flexible or a pipe leaking) and she has handle those problems very well. She always gets back to you with in the hour or let’s you know with a text when she can call. We have never felt a lack of communication which is very important since a lot of money is involved in buying and selling of homes. Overall we have been extremely please with the out come of everything and would consider her a great friend!!!
