Never disappoints in over 20 years!
I’ve been using Mjnuteman Press of Bellerose for a variety of projects for several different companies. I have never had to chase after them. In fact, Scott usually beats me to the punch, checking in regularly to update the status. No job has been too big or too small for them. Highly recommend!

I used them a year ago for business cards and they did a great job, although they delivered the job a week later than originally promised. This time I approached them for a simple letterhead request. I brought in some stock and layout examples on a Saturday ready to begin work as I had a rush requirement. I was told that the «estimator» was out but that I would receive a quote by email on Monday.
After not hearing from them on Monday I called Tuesday morning, and was told I would hear from the estimator soon. Late Tuesday I received a call and was told I would receive an email with a quote which I did receive at end of day. Unfortunately the quote presented only one option, even though I had presented and requested 2 – 3 alternatives.
As a specialty printer I would have expected at the least being able to view paper options in person, and then decide on what best met my needs. The process of waiting for an email quote vs. viewing options in person would seem to work better for an online Vista Print than for a local printer. They need to revisit their business practices and offer their customers more hands on attention.

I came into contact with minuteman around 3 years ago and have stuck with them ever since. Scott and Christine are patient and quick and extremely easy to work with. I love how i can get a proof (sometimes even within the same day). Thank you guys for all the great work!

Talk about doing the impossible. I had a complex job that had to be completed in 24 hours. It was completed in 19 hours and it came out wonderfully. Great, great service!

I had called before Christmas asking if they could print my name and a greeting on Christmas cards I had already purchased and also my name and return address on the envelopes. I was told that I should come in so they could see what I had.
When I went to the store, a woman approached me. I told her I had some Christmas cards. Before I said another word, she immediately said with a look and tone of disdain, «Oh, we don’t do that.»
She didn’t even ask what I wanted nor did she look at the Christmas cards. Her manner was brusque and unprofessional.
I found another printer the same day in Bayside that completed the task without a problem.
I would not recommend this business. With all of the printers going out of business in the area, I am surprised at how they turned away a prospective customer. The woman, whether she is an owner or an employee, needs a course in customer relations.

I came in to MMP for a rush job for party invites and they were able to get me my quote and proof in a very timely manner. I loved that I was able to communicate with them via email so that I didn’t have to go in. Fred and Shay were easy to work with, friendly and knew exactly what I wanted based on a ten minute conversation of the job. Fred even made holes in them for me to tie a ribbon through at no extra charge, which helped a lot! Invites look great and I can’t wait to send them out! I will definitely be using them for future jobs!

Great, local place. The customer service here is top notch! I needed a quote for some business cards but frankly did not know anything about printing. The staff walked me through it, explained terminology and process to me, and answered all of my questions. They were very punctual on getting me the quote and their prices were very reasonable; for example, double sided printing with spot UV requires a 1000 count minimum, but was still under $ 100! They’re always making sure they’re offering good, competitive prices and go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. If you need a printer who will talk to you like you’re a human being and not just a business transaction, these are the people to go to! I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because my company decided to go with another printing service, so I can’t speak for the product. If it were my decision alone, I would’ve went with these guys for certain!
