Walmart

This place has got to be the worst Walmart I’ve ever been to. It’s extremely small and the bathrooms had well I’ll leave that there… It was bad. Customer service looked like they were from a zombie movie. Horrid experience but 2 stars cause they had what I needed!

A standard Walmart location. The changing area was not busy which was nice as I found some great fleece lined leggings for a reasonable price. The lineup to checkout was rather long, but the staff members did a good job of getting us through the line as efficiently as possible.

This store has the worst customer service. The return line had over 20 people in it, with only one cashier. She (Katrena) casually chatted with people, not even glancing to see the long line. When it was finally our turn, she said they’ve got a 2 week policy on returns even with receipt. Luckily, there was a nice older woman that corrected her saying on Christmas items they give an small exception. The cashier was so slow! And when the long line was pointed out to the manager he shrugged it off. I won’t shop there again, for any reason.

Do not waste your time with this store! I used there site to store shopping and it took them over a month to get just half my order to me then said they lost the other half. I spoke with
customer service and they returned the money for the item I did not receive, when I went to the store to return the ones I already had (I needed the full set) they could only return half of what I already had saying that online had returned the rest even though I had the merchandise in my hand and an email stating just one was returned. All have refused to return my money to me and I am livid! These were important Christmas gifts purchased WELL in advanced that now will not happen! Thanks for nothing Wal-​Mart. I will not spend another dime here and will tell everyone I can to do the same. Take your money to Target where they actually care about there customers!

Went about 6 PM to get an order from online. They were running the last day of laway payments for the holidays, so the line for customer service was very long. They kept it moving, and I was in for about 15 min. They work hard and seem overwhelmed. The location is great, why isn’t this Walmart up to par?

The web site advertises buy on line and pick up at store telling the customer that the store has a special line for only these customers. DON’T YOU BELIEVE IT. Went in Thursday to pick up two orders & the clerks were using that line for returns. With a mass of people waiting to return stuff, the place was in total chaos with returned merchandise piled everywhere making it difficult to even get to the counter. I pointed out to the clerks the sign for on line pick up only. They ignored me and the sign telling me to get into the return line. Left, emailed the manager and corporate, no response. Hey Walmart, you are setting yourself for a major law suite when a customer trips over the piles of returns. Went in today, mess was cleaned up BUT as first in line it took 30 minutes to complete the transaction. Mgr was not happy to see me, he never answered my emails. A customer gets hurt tripping over «stuff» & that mgr will beat Michael Phelps time swimming across the Rio Grand.

I’m no elitist. I’m just a man trying to live my life and get ladies. A Walmart without guns and ammo, though? I left this Wal-​Mart in tears, despite the fact that the staff was WAY ABOVE average in terms of not stretching the seams of their clothing and not weighing their faces down with oppressive frowns that know neither hope nor future. Is a one star review appropriate for not stocking guns and ammo? I think so. I count on Walmart to offer me inexpensive ammo so that I can train and protect myself from rabid, screaming female fans. Honestly, though, as Wal-​Marts go… this one really isn’t that bad. It’s fairly clean and the people who work there aren’t bad at all.

I always enjoy going to Walmart to shop and this was no exception. We were visiting in the area and decided to stop and pick up a few things to complete our trip. We found everything we were looking for at very reasonable prices. We were in and out in very good time. This is a well stocked and well run store as most are that were visit. I can’t see why anyone would not enjoy shopping here.

Worst customer service ever. Seriously. If you can go somewhere else, DO! Both the Bothell WalMarts suck and I don’t understand it. While I was standing in the endless customer service line being insulted by staff, I decided to call the store just for kicks. No one ever answered. I mean that — it rang until the automated system picked up, then put me on hold. I waited 20 minutes before I was disconnected. That is what this store is like. Enter at your own risk.

Cashier was giving me an attitude when I had a bunch of grocery and half of it are paid by wic checks. I can tell that he wasn’t happy about the transaction because the way he talked and hand me the checks I need to sign. Very unprofessional, unfriendly, such a disappointment. I’d rather shop at Walmart in renton! Don’t get help by Josh! Very rude.

I went to Walmart with trepidation yesterday, but it wasn’t that bad. If you have to go try to get there between 9 and 10 am. I completed my shopping at about 9:15am and was able to get to a register before the lines started to really fill up. The take away here. Get there early when the store opens up. Otherwise you will regret it!

Incompetent general cashier, incompetent phone accessories cashier and an incompetent shop manager. Totally disappointed. Also too crowded all the time. What needs to be a quick pleasant shopping experience it’s actually a hardly reachable task. Will shop elsewhere.

This Walmart use to be my favorite Walmart. However I’m disgusted! I was looking for a bed in a bag, they had one on the shelf that was clearly a return, you could tell because the sheets were all thrown in the bottom of the bag, and from the other selections they were nice and neat, and the comforter was ripped. Makes me real uncomfortable to buy anything pertains to bedding at this Walmart. Thinking about calling corporate.

This is a smaller walmart and really busy on weekends, but they have ammo here so that’s great… well at least when they have it in stock. As with most places, 9 mm and .40 are easier to find, while .223, .380, etc are harder to come by.
It’s funny that there’s an OCB right around the corner. ‘Murica!

Blah. I avoid Walmart as much as possible; unfortunately it is the only close place I can do a check free pay for my rent. Anytime I go to customer service there is always one person working with five people in line. Nobody ever knows how to process my payment either; even though I literally bring them the directions. A payment that usually takes two minutes to process anywhere else takes about 20 minutes here, along with the help of at least 2 other employees (you’d think the customer service manager who has been there 10+ years, as it says on her ID card, would know how to do this!)
The store itself has a rather dirty feel; kinda dark always too. I usually try not to buy anything. Always in and out, just to pay rent. If I didn’t have to do that, I wouldn’t even come here.

Rude staff makes me never want to return. «Policies» mean they arbitrarily pick and choose what they feel like doing on every given day. This place needs an overhaul.

Horrible experience. Thanks to the customer service manager who said, «I don’t care about this and walked away from us.»
Edwin? Or Edward? Who raised voice and said you should be ok because I will refund your money, after I complain about the milk which was expired 4 days ago. And another big thanks to the Arika who was laughing at us for entire time right behind Edwin, I still don’t know what was really funny about, and how can you laugh at the customer? I have had unpleasure experience with other stores or restaurant, but things happens, so I never put any negative comments or file a complaint. This is the horrible experience I ever had in my life. This store doesn’t care about customers. I wanted to give 0 star, but I couldn’t. Never going back. Factoria has other stores with better customer services.

Word of advice, Wal Mart (if you actually read this — which I doubt you do, since it’s all about the bucks) — BUY DIFFERENT LIGHT BULBS. The ones that this place uses have a creepy bluish tint to them that make me think that my life force is slowly being siphoned out of me as I make my way past the obligatory American flag-​printed shorts that are always at Wal-​Marts for some reason…
Also: the customer lineup (more like BUILDUP — like TETRIS when you CAN’T GET AN I PIECE) becomes a huge struggle when there’s only *one* cashier in sight. And then, as I waited in line, I overhear the shoppers behind me talking and I realize based on their conversation that these are really not nice people at all (this is also a testament to the kind of people this store attracts — but hey, that’s Wal mart for you) and I wanted to get away from them, but then I couldn’t, because this is the only line I could use, and so it becomes a struggle of «do I throw this twelve-​pack of socks as far as I possibly can in any given direction and run shrieking out the door as fast as possible or do I endure it and keep the socks?» What high internal drama this store creates! That could so, so easily have been avoided!
Or, another experience: I watch as the customer line I reside in builds up to be so long that the last person behind me I swear is about to set foot into Lake Sammamish or wherever — meanwhile, another cashier (number two) turns on her light but says nothing. Doesn’t call out «I can help the next person here!» or anything like a normal grocery store clerk would do — just stands there and smiles pleasantly. I found it really bizarre. Fortunately, I took the chance we all fear to take and raced over and indeed, she was actually open, and rang the items up. Again, another high-​stress cinematic moment brought to you by your friendly neighborhood Wal-​Mart.

Say what you will about Wal-​Mart: that is the terrible looking people that frequent the stores (
) the unfriendly corporate environment especially towards employee rights and the way that they displace mom and pop stores out of longstanding communities. In the end, people are always swayed by price and convenience and unloved or not, this chain’s got both in the bag.
I’ve only been to this WM location a few times, but on each occasion the interaction was brief, efficient and very reasonably priced. The end…

***While I am not that familiar with Walmart, this location seems like a very small one; the Target next door feels like it is bigger and has a much greater variety of items (I found this surprising because Walmart stores are usually bigger than Targets)***
This Walmart has its own free parking lot and it is big and easy to find an open space.
