I can not write a review for the service because we never got that far, however I am reviewing my experience leading up to it. I was asked to reschedule my appointment the first time due to a family emergency. No problem — I am understanding. But the second time is a bust. Especially since she asked if the day and time was good for the reschedule and I responded and said«yes». Not to mention I had to to drive to Bellevue from Seattle and missed a family event only to be told she double-booked me and asked me to reschedule yet again. At this point, I was livid so even with the offer for an extra something for my troubles, I was done before anything could begin. To be fair, she said the second time was due to technical difficulties, but the damage had already been done. I don’t believe my time is any less valuable than hers. At any rate, I asked for a refund from LivingSocial. There’s plenty of other MT’s in the area that can keep their schedules straight.

I cannot say enough good things about Amy. I have such respect for her knowledge and skill level. I have been seeing Amy for almost a year and she has helped me so much with my migraines and back pain. She approaches each client as an individual and each session as a new day. She has an amazing gift of knowing what your body needs. I have made great progress thanks to her. I highly recommend her for both therapeutic and relaxing massages.
