I have nothing but compliments for Barb. She helped me purchase a home in the red hot Greenlake/​Greenwood area in Seattle and the stellar offer we put together was accepted on our first try! This was despite tough competition from 5 other buyers. From the home searches, her connections, and many discussions we’ve had I could tell Barb was the real deal. My favorite thing about Barb is that she does not rush to complete a sale, but instead looks out for her client’s best interests. There were a couple properties where I was so eager to make an offer on, but after consulting with her she explained how these properties were actually not the best choices for me and steered me away from making the wrong purchase. We stayed patient and later I found a house I’m absolutely in love with. Barb could have simply urged me along to bid on the other less desirable properties but instead she always gave her honest and expert opinion about what’s actually best for me. She will have me as a client for a very very long time!

We bought a short sale with Barb’s help and then we sold our house. The short sale process took almost a year. Through it all Barb was patient and gave excellent advice. She really knows her stuff. My husband also sold his previous house with Barb’s help several years ago. Obviously I highly recommend her and her team and would use them again (and again) :)
