Not the Best Bartell’s. You generally have to search for help if you want it. The prices are marked up at least 25% at this location compared to others. Only one cashier and they won’t call if they get two or more inline. Yea and nay to this location.

Don’t buy any food items here! All their food is beyond over-​priced (you can buy the same thing next door at QFC for at least $ 2 less!)! Also NEVER buy and food that is on sale because it’s all expired when there’s a sale tag on it. I bought a box of cookies that was on sale as «manager’s special» and it come to find out it was nearly 2 years expired after I opened the box, when I tasted one and it was stale! Way to lure people to waste their money on ancient stocked food! Also the checkers are never available when you need them.

I’ve always had great customer service at this location, but I am even more impressed with the above and beyond level of care from the pharmacy staff, namely pharmacist Pui.
In short, she was herself frustrated with the awful situation I was trying to handle, as the UW Factoria clinic that was SUPPOSED to have sent over my prescription hours before continued not to. (Read my Unilocal review on their page — horrible upon horrible!!).
She volunteered to talk to a physician herself to help solve their inadequacies and stayed after hours to fill my prescription, even helping another customer who came by for a pickup after hours. That my friends, is true patient care!
She deserves many thanks, I am very grateful for her!

This is one of the brand new stores. I usually stop by at night. Parking is convenient, prices are OK and finally the cashiers are super friendly. Don’t be surprised they make your day a rewarding one. Well done.

This Bartell is the best!
Their customer service is outstanding especially «photo guy» and one of the lady (in probably 50’sh with eyeglass on). They have always friendly, polite, helpful, pleasant and professional attitude.
The store is clean and organized so that easy to find what I want.
Also the participate «e-​script» that THEY donate % of the purchase to some choice of local non-​profit organizations. Just need to ask a card (free) to the cashier.
All of these reasons, also they are local business, I want to support them.

I love Bartell’s in general, and this location is one of my favorites. They’re not the cheapest, but it’s a local chain with good products and good employees. It’s a larger location with nice cashiers and pharmacists. When in Factoria, there is no question about which drug store I will be visiting.

If you don’t have a Costco membership, try Bartell Drugs if you are looking for passport photos. They are available at all locations I believe. It was $ 7.99 for two photos which is cheaper than the last time I got these taken.
All of the same things I mentioned before hold true still. Though I did find the parking setup a little crazy to manuever on my latest visit. They should have made the parking lanes go one way. Still the location is hard to beat in regards to convenience if you are in the Factoria area.

I love Bartell Drugs, and particularly this «new» (open for maybe 7 months now??) location. It is in the space formerly occupied by Lohman’s (I store I avoided like the plague). So convenient! Just a hop, skip and a jump from I-​90 (and I-​405), with ample parking.
Bartell Drugs is a locally owned company, which I love supporting, rather than the large national chains. The staff is fabulous– friendly, efficient and helpful. The store is large, new, clean, and it seems easy to find whatever it is that I need.
Bartell’s always has super special sales each week. There are great bargains to be had, and also the normal, everyday prices are good too.
A great store in a great location.

This is a great location for a Bartell Drug Store. It is nice and clean, brightly lit, and well laid out. There’s lots of parking and being right next door to the QFC is super convenient. I was in there just briefly, but I liked what I saw.

Adore Bartell Drug Stores. Great new location, friendly cashiers, awesome grand opening specials.
–Always look for the «Manager Specials» which have great deals on selected items. Milk, cosmetics, soda, canned nuts, etc. Usually cheaper than regular grocery stores. Even school supplies. A 3-​panel poster is less than $ 5, while at Office Depot is $ 9!
–Now selling beer/​wine! Great prices, a 18-​pack of [pale ale] beer was $ 12.99. Certainly beats QFC.
–Selling Sounders FC, Seattle, Seahwaks gear
–Super organized, clean, easy to find items
–Lots of parking

Grand opening! Glad to have another Drug store option in the area. Clean store lots of space. They are in direct competition with QFC right next door. Expect to see some cheaper products! This neighborhood is totally getting more commercialize.
