Jacqueline Nguyen has been in the Real Estate Industry for the past 12 years. King County has been her home for over 30 years. She is knowledgeable in Bank owned properties, short sales, new construction, and single family homes. Whether it’s a condo in downtown Seattle or a newly constructed home on the Eastside.

The Carpe Diem group sells more than 100 homes a year.

Currently, she is the Principal Broker of the Carpe Diem Group — Keller Williams Realty. The Carpe Diem Group specializes in first time home buyers, investment properties, multifamily dwellings, REO’s (Bank Owned Properties), commercial Real Estate, and Luxury Homes.
