So many people in my industry are more concerned with telling people what they want to hear, I believe honesty is always the best policy, even when my clients might not want to hear the truth. I believe they deserve that.

A foundation built on trust is of utmost importance to me. When it comes to your home and money, you are owed nothing less than the truth.

I’ve been selling real estate for over 11 and a half years and have sold over 250 properties from land, to condos and high end homes and everything in between.

I pride myself on my use of the latest video, social media and website technology. I’m considered a technology leader in my industry.

Liz and her team are the best in the area and really know how to provide a fantastic customer experience.
Part of this is because they really focus on the communities they know and don’t try to cover too large a territory. I like that she is direct and no-​nonsense and has a great ability to really communicate.

After doing my own due diligence in reviewing a reputable Realtor for the purchase of our home; Liz quickly stood out amongst the crowd. It didn’t hurt that this is a seller’s market, but still. 4 offers in 3 days, and selling for over asking price without me doing anything to the condo besides de-​cluttering a bit.
Plus Liz’s assistants Sarah and Jean did a lot of handholding, which was fantastic. For instance, the title company was Not responsive when I called/​emailed, to say the least, but Jean got them to get back to me and walk me through what they needed.
And Liz was great. Enthusiastic and patient with my little condo sale.
When I’m ready to buy again, I know who I’m calling.

Liz is Amazing, as a first time homebuyer I was understandably nervous about EVERYTHING! Liz took the time to get to know me so she could find a home that I would love, and who knew she could work her magic so quickly! I found my home and signed my offer letter less than a week after meeting her :) She kept me highly informed of each step of the process, answered any and every question and explained it in a way that my non real estate brain could understand. I wouldn’t use any other Realtor nor refer family/​friends/​acquaintances heck, even strangers to anyone else unless it’s someone that works with her like Tori Myers, quite the team!!! Plain and simple Liz is the best! She is honest, knowledgable, responsive, and respectful. We appreciated not only her expertise in the field but also her professionalism. My wife and I are not easy people to work with, we research everything and ask a lot of questions to the point some might find tiresome. Despite this Liz was always respectful and never pushed her agenda, instead she really listened and acted in our best interest. Our home sold the second day after being listed at full price! We also purchased our new home with her and throughout it all the entire process was nothing less than stellar. I found Liz by chance over eight years ago when my husband and I wanted to purchase our first home. She was always available for my questions and concerns, being a first time buyer. Liz was referred to me by one of my coworkers. I am glad that we chose her to help us buy our first home! We looked at many houses before we found the right one for us and Liz was available to show us listings as often as we needed her. If you list or buy through anyone else, I can personally tell you that (we have done both) and couldn’t be happier with everyone that works at The Liz Johnson Group. Why, you may ask? It is that they treat you and your business the way that they would expect to be treated. Every step of the way we knew what to expect, we were kept informed throughout the process, and always felt that each person we communicated with there «had our backs». They didn’t just list the house. They gave invaluable advice about staging, and the the photos of our home were excellent! When it came time to buy our next home, we DEFINITELY wanted to make sure our interests were being handled in the same way. We purchased a new build. Most people don’t think twice about having your own realtor represent you. Again, things come up that you want to make sure your best interests are being considered. Over the past couple of months since purchasing our new built that’s currently under construction, the folks at the sales office have told us that periodically our realtor pops in the office to see how progress is coming. My husband and I wanted to sell our house and look for something bigger. We were referred to Liz by a mutual friend. Not only did she tell us we didn’t really need to make big changes to the home we were in, she also told us, based on her market research, what she would list our home for, which made my husband exceptionally happy. Not only did she tell us we’d list it for over $ 20K more what another agent suggested, she GOT US THAT! We received a full-​price offer within 6 days of listing it. Fabulous! Our closing process was a bit extended as we had some issues to work through with our older home, but Liz and her team kept us up to date without us ever asking what the status was in the process. THEY contacted US. Refreshing! After we closed, I wasn’t happy with one company, and I complained about it to Liz. She made a phone call to the company on our behalf and got it completely resolved in less than a day! I never even contacted said company; they sent US an email and had it all handled to our satisfaction. Thrilling! Now we are just sitting and patiently waiting for our lovely new home that Liz helped us find to be built so we can complete this whole process.
