Love this place! My kid started coming here since 1 year old, and by 2.5 years, she can go inside with the nurse on her own happily, which really surprised us! Not to mention that daily teeth brushing and talking about clean teeth is part of her daily routine, and she’d remind us even if we forgot! Very happy about this place and the whole experience!

So disappointed, after reading the reviews I was so happy that I found a solution for my son’s huge cavity that is hurting him and then I called the office and i was told that today would only be a consult appointment and no work would be done. We came with the hope that the doc would see that his tooth was aching and do something about it. They told me that we would be slated for the next available, in 5 days (including the weekend). Ouch, how can a saine parent let their child suffer with a tooth ache for the weekend. So sad I would have waited for 5 more days if I hadn’t found a place that cared enough about my son’s wellbeing to do what they could in stead of just sounding like they care. Such a fancy place and no heart, kinda sad

Nothing but perfect dental experiences for my 2 and 4 year old girls! We’ve been going for 2 years now and my 2 year old has a deep valley in one tooth which made it susceptible to a cavity which was filled yesterday without even a tear or a sad droopy lip — she was perfectly fine through the entire experience. The staff — everyone of them is professional and sweet. With their guidance, my girls love to care for their teeth. THANK YOU to the staff as a whole!!! You are setting my girls up for a lifetime of great oral hygiene.

Dr. Thomas is a fraud at the expense of our children. He told me my son needed to get 4 fillings at age 5. He did do one side of the mouth (2 fillings). His urgency and insistence that this needed to be done and couldn’t wait another xray cycle made me suspicious. I went to another dentist and had dr. Thomas’ office send over the original xrays. That dentist told me a lot of times kids don’t need the fillings in their baby teeth. Those teeth fall out before they ever need any work done. She also told me from the xrays the office provided she couldnt make any determinations because they were blurry! Please question him and what he decides for your children’s sake!

This place is fantastic! I have been through many pediatric dentists with my five littles. The people working here are so friendly, smart, efficient and really care about the kids. They were able to do all five kids very quickly and even had time for a small filling that one of my boys needed. The doctor was very respectful and knowledgeable. My kids adored everyone there. When we got to the van, they all begged to go back. My son was crying and scared during his filling and the girls working were so gentle and supportive and made sure he felt good before they went further. I am so impressed and thankful for their care!

If you have children with past history of trauma, THIS is the place to go to!
I thank God for landing this place! I have two foster children who have a traumatic past and they cringed in corners and cry and shriek when going to a salon, doctors, etc. Seeing the other kids in this place and not having a corner to cringe in helped them as well as the attuned staff that recognized their fear and calmly calmed them down. My kids left there wanting to come back!
One child needed a procedure done under general anesthesia. I feared he would come out of the general anesthesia like a former foster child we had that [unfortunately] went to Children’s Dental Care in Kent. That Kent clinic said it was «normal» and a sign of «health» when our foster child comes out kicking and screaming from general anesthesia as all the kids [there] do and it is expected. We expected the same at Everyone By One. Boy were we pleasantly surprised. Our foster son came out of anesthesia like a little baby, whispering, tired, but very soft spoken, like himself when he just wakes up not like the little monster our former foster child [never was] when she came out from her procedure at the Kent clinic.
Furthermore, EBO saw that our foster son had another health issue that needed a referral to a physician and it’s going to help him with his sleep! We are SOOO blessed to find EBO. There is no such thing as dental trauma when you come here. Thanks be to God for EBO!

My children have been seeing both Dr. Thomas for the past few years and recently started seeing Dr. Raklios. My children were not big fans of going to the dentists and my eldest is HIGHLY sensitive.
We had a challenging time getting my eldest to do any of her dental work, however both dentists and the entire team very gently and patiently made both my kids comfortable and helped us get some very significant dental work completed. They demonstrated a high level of experience and techniques that enabled my children and I to build a relationship built on trust.
In my opinion, this dental team looks at the child as an individual, listens to them, understand their fears, makes them comfortable and explains each step in a child– friendly and calming manner.
Now, my eldest will go right in for cleanings and looks forward to her dental visits as she gets to watch a movie and get a little prize. However, most importantly because she trusts the team.
Recently, she had to get a few fillings. I was extremely nervous as I worried how she would handle getting a needle. Dr. Raklios did an amazing job with the team of caring assistants Kasey (Restorative Hygienist) and Jennifer (Dental Assistant).
On the scheduled appointment they calmly walked her through every step. The team truly demonstrated a high level of professionalism and experience as she eventually went back for a second filling and they were able to get the work done.
In my opinion, Dr. Thomas and Dr. Raklios are very patient and compassionate dentists, not only with children, but with anxious parents. They take the time to listen to both parent and child and understand the child’s individual needs in order to make the experience easier on everyone. As a parent, they listened to my concerns and eased my worries and I appreciate that greatly.
The scheduling team is also amazing. It is very easy to make an appointments. If there is an emergency, I have found they can get you in easily.

This is the most amazing pediatric dental office ever. It runs like a smooth ship. We almost never wait for appts, and they do a great job with appt reminders. The staff is super friendly and goes out of their way to make the kids feel comfortable. My kids LOVE coming to the dentist, which says something! This place is worth its weight in gold!

If you have very sensitive children, stay away! This place is like a factory, with several children sharing a big room. You can hear all the noise you can imagine in a dentist office, all at the same time. We were new to town and this was recommended by our pediatrician. My then 5-​year-​old son is very sensitive and became quite anxious with all the noise and commotion in the big room. So they offered us the «infant» room. A young female doctor came to see us. She asked if my son was three (he’s small for age). When I said he’s five, she burst into laughter and said «big boy, big boy, hahaha!» I had never encountered anyone who laughed about my son’s height, only by immature small children who might question because they are still learning that people come in different sizes. I would never expect this from a pediatric medical professional. Obviously she was not acting professionally or maturely. We would never go back as I would not want my son to be laughed at again (he’s now six and understands that people come in different sizes and still the littlest in class, but still no one else has laughed at him for his height.)

So easy to schedule an appointment with them. Stephanie was very helpful in checking if our dental insurance was accepted by their office. My son will be 3 in July and sees the dentist routinely every 6 months. We will update this review after his appointment.

Awesome pediatric dentist. My 3 year old daughter is super shy and clingy — to say she fears dentists or doctor visits would be an understatement. In an attempt to encourage independence and confidence I decided to see if she would go back for her cleaning and check up without me– I thought there was almost no chance of it but decided to trust the hygienist and see if she could talk her into it. To my great surprise the hygienists friendly and encouraging manner lead to my daughter letting go of my leg (which she was clinging to for dear life) and she walked back into the cleaning area without me. I waited in the waiting room to see if I would hear crying or screams for mommy– but nothing. After a little while the hygienist came to get me and I went back to learn she had done a great job and went through the whole cleaning with no problems. It blew my mind! I’m convinced that my daughter did better without me there and she was so proud of herself for ‘acting like such a big girl!’ She got her little prize at the end and the whole experience was wonderful. I was very impressed!

I find it interesting that the reviewer below remarked that she was forced to breastfeed her child in the restroom. I brought my two older children to Dr. Thomas for their cleaning and my new baby began crying at the end of the appointment. I was checking out and, rather than just letting me leave, the staff went out of their way to set up Dr. Thomas’ private office so I could nurse my son comfortably and in private. I didn’t even have to ask — they could have just let me continue on my way and nurse in my car. They even brought in toys so my other two could play while I fed my baby. I was so impressed with their kindness in helping a mom with a new baby. I will definitely continue to recommend Dr. Thomas to my other friends with kids.

Nice facility, GREAT staff. Dr. Thomas was kind, gave full explanations, and answered our questions thoroughly. Every kid I saw was comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend!

I’m literally writing this as I’m standing in their waiting room. My 5 year old needed a filling and I’ve been pacing a rut into their floor. Dr. Thomas just came out… only to let me know how well she’s doing. I have never seen a better-​run dentist’s office. Heck, I don’t think I’ve seen any kid-​focused operation of ANY kind this well run. The staff, the headsets, the TVs for the kiddos… my little lady colored a picture for them before we left this morning. Have you ever heard of a kid making a picture for their dentist??? Take your kids here, don’t even look anywhere else.

We took Dr. Thomas’s advise and started seeing him when my son Porter turned 1. The first two years of appointments at that age are in a quiet area of his office and its just Dr. Thomas doing a basic check of his teeth, basic brushing and flossing, they put fluoride on and they taught me how to brush my son’s teeth properly while at home. At first I wasn’t sure how valuable it was to bring in my son so early until yesterday, my son is now 3 and had his first real appointment in the dental chairs with a hygienist while Mom and Dad wait in the waiting room. WOW! My son was not even a little bit scared, he had already been exposed to the office, the team of dentist and hygienist and was completely comfortable having a stranger hygienist clean his teeth while he comfortably watched a movie and just laid there patiently with is mouth open. I was completely floored, I thought for sure he would throw a tantrum or be terrified, but he didn’t. I think Dr. Thomas is really onto something and my son can’t wait for his next appointment, it was a really great experience. Thanks Dr. Thomas!

Best. Dentist. EVER. We had an amazing experience. My 3 year old who isn’t an easy little girl loved the entire experience. She got to watch a movie of her choice. The hygienist was so calm and made it fun! My daughter never got upset once and could probably have stayed in the office all day! Dr. Thomas was super nice and very calm. He took his time and answered my questions in detail. We left with a little goodie bag and she got a toy. She was so happy! The office was very clean and all the office staff was so friendly. I HIGHLY recommend Everyone By One!

Dr. Thomas was very highly recommended by one of my preschool students and her mother. We went for my son’s first dental appointment. I know we were supposed to get him in at one, but we waited until 2 ½. Shame on us. He was very excited about going to the «special teeth doctor» and had a good time during our very short wait in the waiting area. I really liked that for his first visit we were in a consultation room like a pediatrician’s office rather than trying to get him in a dentist’s chair right away. He really liked using the giant toothbrush to brush the dragon puppet’s teeth while we talked with the hygienist and Dr. Thomas. When it was time for the doctor to look in his mouth, he didn’t love it, but it was over pretty quickly. I was also pleased that the office staff were really friendly. We return in six months for another check up.

This is an appointment I look forward to making! My kids absolutely love going to the dentist because of Dr. Thomas and his staff. My son has been seen at this practice for five years and my two year old daughter just recently needed two cavities repaired. Because of the excitement my son shows to come here, my toddler was able to sit through two fillings and left smiling and wanting to give Dr. Thomas and his staff hugs and kisses. They are so friendly and nurturing with children it’s amazing.
My kids have not only needed maintenance but also some reparative work. Dr. Thomas handles everything with ease and professionalism. He is wonderful at finding balance for making sure the job is done well while also ensuring children aren’t traumatized by dental work.
Dr. Thomas has truly mastered his craft! Your children will love this office!

My son (back when he was 2?) was one of Dr. Thomas’ first patients in the brand-​spankin’ new office. I’m happy to see his practice grow.
Thankfully, over the years, my kids have only needed preventative check-​ups (keeping my fingers crossed), but Dr. Thomas & his staff have been so friendly, caring and informative about every check-​up, answering any questions that I have.
The office is very modern & tastefully decorated, all with children in mind. Just be warned: after the first visit, parents are asked to remain in the waiting room, while the staff takes your child back to the chairs. I’m sure some parents are uneasy with this, but don’t worry — you won’t be the first.
I’m grateful to Dr. Thomas & his staff that my kids have no fear about going to the dentist.
