Enjoyed a 3 night stay here with no problems at all

— 3 min drive to stores and restaurants

been here for a class this week and have been left with a meh attitude.
Day 1: discovered our continental breakfast was a few bananas and bagels and coffee that didn’t last us even one hour.
Day 2: a spider in the bathroom
Day 3: mid afternoon snacks were extremely sugary and crash and burn worthy.
Day 4: realized that they take things we don’t use so we started stashing things for the next day
Day 5: burned coffee pot became one less when they took away decaf (but didnt give us an additional regular coffee pot D:)
Day 6: 2 days of muffins, 2 days of bagels, 2 days of brownies, 2 days of cookies.
… and it progressed.
I enjoyed the location, close enough for quick runs during lunch
but the hotel also smelled a little musty.
Staff was nice and thier toilet paper is put in correctly, kudos to that!

I travel extensively, for work and play. I attempted to check in here this evening, on a reservation made weeks ago and for which I confirmed a discount rate via telephone with a desk clerk. Tonight, at the desk, with the room available, the clerk wouldn’t honor that rate, instead quoting a price nearly double, and when I asked to speak with the Manager, was unable to locate him. While waiting for the missing Manager, this Platinum Elite yet apparently unwelcome guest, booked a room nearby, at Hilton Embassy Suites, for the rate originally quoted to me from this Marriott location.
This is not quality customer service
Update: received a call today from the manager. She didn’t apologize for the fact that my quoted rate wasn’t honored but she did express her concern for the fact that my travel didn’t go as I’d planned and offered a Marriotts Reward bonus, which I appreciate.

I am an MS Employee and whenever I go up to Redmond for meetings, I stay at either the Courtyard or this Fairfield Inn close by the MS Studios buildings. It’s the closest hotels. I used to love Fairfield, and stayed here at least 20+ times already. The room’s clean and decently quiet. Workout room is simple, yet meet basic needs. Swimming pool is tiny — but well — I never use it anyways. The best thing is the free breakfast — good quality and very convenient.
But last 2 straight times, I’ve had a bad experience. They leave these 2 bottles of water in the room that costs $ 3 per bottle. I never used it in my previous 20+ stays and never had a problem. But last 2 times, they charged me $ 6 thinking I drank both of them. It’s really annoying because it creates big problems when I try to get reimbursed from work later and the receipt doesn’t match up with my credit card expense (that $ 6). Fairfield Inn does reimburse me for the $ 6 when I call to complain. But it’s still really annoying to go through all that inconvenience. Not only that, the second time it happened — the first time I called and they agreed to reimburse me — they didn’t actually do it. I had to call back 2 weeks later to get them to REALLY reimburse me this time.
Anyways, Courtyard for me next time. If that’s full, there’s always the Silver Cloud :)

It started out ok. But when we got to our room, it was obvious it was not cleaned. The bed wasn’t made, there were long black hairs on the pillow, dirty wet towels still in the bathroom. Offered to change rooms, but the only one left was one across from the banquet hall that had a very young and noisy event going on. Not so great when you have a young child trying to sleep. Finally got someone to come to our original room to clean it, but I am still pretty grossed out. I understand it is a shared room, however having it properly cleaned shouldn’t be too much to ask? I will never stay here again.

This has become one of our more popular hotels to stay at in the Bellevue area. And why not, with free parking, free breakfast, free Wi-​Fi, a pool, a gym and a reasonable price.
The hotel is clean, well maintained and convenient to shopping. If there’s no vacancy, there are 2 other Marriott“‘s right next door.

Great place to stay with a youth sports team. Lots of places nearby to eat/​shop nearby. Free breakfast at the hotel was above expectations for the room rate we paid.

This hotel needs TLC. New paint job and carpet will help.

I just came here to chill with my homies who were in town from Pasco. It’s a nice small spot away from enough noise. It’s worth coming to if you’re looking for an inexpensive spot to catch some zzzz’s.

Entered the hotel and was met by a nice desk staff. We were changed rooms due to unclean conditions (toenail clippings and hair in the bathroom floor, sink, and bathtub). They were nice to change rooms promptly but again, our second room was much, much cleaner but left enough to be wanted for. The second room still had some stray hairs (but much better) and was a bit loud (elevator, I think).
We didn’t stay for breakfast but the pool was nice. I would prefer more privacy as breakfast guests kept looking in during my morning swim.

It’s a nice hotel in a pretty nice area. The staff is friendly and has most everything you can ask for including free parking (a bonus in Seattle) and free breakfast. The bed on the other hand is hard as a rock. I feel like I’m sleeping on the floor. Even with three muscle relaxers It still does not feel good…

Fairfield Inn is dependable for decent, clean, friendly accommodations. There is little more to say about this location, the reviewers have said it all, the nice things that is. Bellevue is a great location. We had a comfortable experience and slept well. Priceline bidding got me this room for a very reasonable price, and there are no regrets or complaints.
Most unusual! This particular Marriott hotel is pet friendly. Rare find!

It was such great value! Free breakfast that includes hot waffles, yogurt, coffee, oatmeal (instant and already made), fresh fruits, drinks, fruit cups, and breakfast sandwiches. Okay, so they only had breakfast sandwiches on Friday and Sat (none Sun-​Mon).
The kitchen attendant was nice to us on Friday but was very annoyed this morning when we went way over the weekday breakfast time (ends at 9 AM Mon-​Fri — sorry, didn’t know). She got rid of all the foods fast between 9:15 and 9:30. She also locked up the fridge. She was also unable to keep up with the crazy demand on Sat and Sun. They ran out of foods fast. I think that’s why there were no breakfast sandwiches Sun and Mon.
The room was clean and remodeled with new carpet. One thing funny was that lotion wasn’t standard, and I had to ask for it downstairs. Otherwise, the rooms were very nice. Okay, it did smell a little moldy. Not sure where the smell came from, but since it was clean and we were only there for 4 days we didn’t mind. The housekeeping was decently responsive when I spilled an ice bucket on the carpet.
Despite some problems, the value is pretty good. But if you book through Priceline, you won’t get your rewards points. Beware.

On the overall, this hotel has been functional for me the times I have stayed here over the past few months. I have noticed the past couple stays though, that my room has not really been completely clean upon checkin. I’ve found hair all over the floor of the bathroom as well as used and empty shampoo bottles in the bathtub etc.
The gym has also suffered a little bit of degradation as I’ve stayed. The exercise ball has disappeared (must have popped or something) and not been replaced. One of the treadmills seems to be dying as it consistently making loud strange noises even when nobody is using it.
All in all, if you are just looking for somewhere to stay it is just fine. Just don’t go in expecting the Ritz Carlton (which if you stay in Fairfields you should know better).

This is a perfectly suitable and affordable hotel. Some of the other complaints are either unfounded (there are two layers of blinds, a thick and thin one, and the thick ones completely shut out light) or perhaps fixed (the Internet has worked flawlessly for me). I thought the breakfast was much better than many other continentals I have experienced. The room is clean, and the bed was comfortable. I did not visit the gym, so no thoughts on that.
Overall, quite reasonable for the price, and the staff has been very friendly.

For the price, this place is great. Just like every hotel in the Marriott chain, customer service by their staff is one of the best. 24 hour coffee or tea in the hotel lobby. Over 40 plus cable channels (more than most higher end hotels). Continental breakfast of waffles, eggs, oatmeal, breakfast sandwiches are great !!! Would have given this place five stars, but noticed that one of the double beds in our room was sinking lower than the other. Very clean hotel !!! Located in close proximity to Fred Mayer supermarket, gas stations, and easy access to freeway.
Not too far from downtown Bellevue as well (only 5 – 10 minutes).

Hey price was cheap, well not expensive, I’m a college student. The place was clean, new bathroom décor with cool striped shower curtains, spacious and they even had a fridge and microwave. Not only all that but I was so excited to find out about their, FREE WIFI and Free Breakfast! Make your own waffles dude: P

Three stars is definitely right. Everything is clean, everything works. The breakfast is adequate, maybe even a tad better than that. The workout room has two big posters that illustrate body ball exercises, but it has no body ball! On the other hand, it has 5 Precor machines (two treadmills, a recumbent stationary bike and two elliptical trainers — one in dire need of lubrication). There are some mats, some dumbells, a couple of benches. Also a water cooler with «spring water». Come here if you get thirsty and don’t want to drink from the tap; I’d stay away from the $ 3 bottles of Dasani that are placed in rooms.
I got a USA Today at my door, but there are also Wall Street Journals for the taking in the lobby.
