This is a perfect grab-and-go stop for coffee, lunch or breakfast! It’s in the same building as our office so we are frequenters. Good service, which is very quick. My coworkers are fans of the breakfast burritos, and I’m a fan of the iced lattes! The prices are very reasonable(especially given it’s Bellevue and in a hotel…) and the food is high quality.

I ordered a panini sandwich and hot tea which totaled to almost $ 10. I think it is a little pricey for a medium size sandwich and simple tea but its location is convenient to me. Anyways, the lady that served me did not know what she was doing. She could not process my credit card, I had to ask for a receipt. She did not give me my hot tea, I had to ask for it. Then she gave me a hot beverage without a lid — again I had to ask for a lid! Everytime I asked for things that I shouldn’t be asking she seemed to be doing me a favor. Oh man, what is wrong with this place? I don’t expect a superior customer service from a place like that, but simple things like this need to be in order. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the expensive sandwich did not taste too bad.

Just found this place across from where I work. The service was great, the breakfast sandwich was excellent, and came out hot and fast. For a sandwich and a drip coffee it came out under $ 8. I’m thrilled I found this place.

On the second floor of the Hyatt. Had their breakfast burrito with half bacon half sausage, eggs, potatoes, all five bucks. It was piping hot and had salsa and sour cream to boot. Freshly made, solid all around.

It’s a convenience store, it’s a deli, it’s an espresso bar. This place is a solid 3.5 stars. I thought their coffee was better than Tully’s downstairs… so is their food. It’s a convenient stop to pick up a drink, a sandwich or some soup while at the Hyatt hotel.

I used to eat here every morning. Until the prices went up and the quality went down. Burritos are small and stingy on the toppings. The man who runs it is very rude and unaccommodating to peoples needs, which is ironic. Get it together Needs!

This Bellevue eatery is fantastic! I love their sandwiches, namely their chicken salad sandwich or the turkey cranberry Mary, which is served with cream cheese. They offer spinach or tomato tortillas for the breakfast burritos which adds an extra flavor profile to the classic breakfast item. It’s in the same building as the Hyatt hotel, upstairs from Tully’s. With few quick lunch options at the Bellevue Square mall, this is worth the trip across the bridge. They also have a nice convenience store attached to the deli to make things very… convenient! Clean and tasty. Another major plus is the plethora of seating options.

Needs is a hidden gem inside the Hyatt if you’re looking for a sensible non-fancy lunch. They’re on the 2nd floor next to an Asian Fusion restaurant, and outside the skybridge from Lincoln Tower. They have a quite a large array of lunch items including sandwiches, panini, soups, salads, and wraps. If you’re in the mood for frozen yogurt they also happen to have that with various options for toppings. There is also a pretty impressive selection of drinks, including beer, various iced teas, and sparkling waters(Perrier, and flavored San Pellegrino), as well as the normal sodas. Finally there is a decent selection of candy items if you have a sweet tooth. You can tell this place is trying to be a convenience store for the Hyatt hotel goers, and a lunch spot for those folks and people who work around the place. They succeed fairly well at both with having a wide array of reasonably priced items. If you’re looking for lunch, or even breakfast, there is likely something to meet your needs(pun intended). As an aside, there is a «hotel stuff» shop. Like combs, mini drug store, etc and a well displayed wine selection. I’ll say if you’re looking for wine, you can probably do better by going across the street to QFC. There seems to be about at $ 2-$ 5 markup on the wine there. Then again, if you’re at the Hyatt, that’s probably not a huge deal.

I go here every day that I buy lunch. It’s convenient and quick, as long as you don’t stop in at noon during the lunch rush. I always get their chicken ceasar salad wrap, which is AMAZING in my opinion. The girl doesn’t even ask what i would like any more, she just smiles and says«chicken ceasar wrap?» One time I left my wallet at the counter and didnt notice until I had gotten back to my office. After rushing back over the woman at the counter just smiled and handed me my wallet. Nice people, good food.
