The single most incompetent title company I have ever used. Very slow, terrible communication, does not pay on time, does not record on time.

Just finished working with Jennifer Magana and she was great. Managed an early close without any problems or excuses.
She quickly responded to all questions and had the kind of ’ can do’ attitude that put us at ease.
No negatives whatsoever.

Poor attention to detail and bad communication skills are not things you want in a title company. Being a first time home buyer is stressful enough without having a horrible title company forget about you. They never made contact or provided the information needed to close, and then they failed to call and tell that they moved up the date to sign the final papers. After four days of silence from them, I called to see where we were in the process and both people I talked to were very rude and condescending.
