Office space is overly priced closet space. Tack on parking space — over $ 300 per month extra. The setup is exactly like a public storage facility. Long halls, no community space, and isolated offices. If you need space for an assistant it has to be a separate office inconveniently across the floor. They nickel and dime everything. Read the fineprint. Its as transparent as getting a subprime mortgage. Maybe the worst aspect are the receptionists. One tremendously overworked and stresses. One incredibly rude, unhelpful, and mean. I hated this place.

I’ve been working full time out of Regus for four months, and temporary for 12 months prior to that. The accommodations and staff(Jonathan and team) at Regus Bellevue are top notch. The location is excellent — great views, clean and upscale, easy on/off 405 and access to the bus depot(next door). Food in the building is ok and varied — and there are great restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff is top notch — they treat me like I’m their VIP. From a warm friendly greeting to making a trip to The Container Store for specialized shelving, the staff is all about«can do». One downside — I wish Bellevue didn’t think it was Seattle, because parking rates are painful, but that isn’t Regus’ fault.

A great place to lease office space. Friendly and professional office management, fantastic views of Downtown Seattle & Queen Anne from the 19th floor.
