I had the worst customer service by the owner and «highlights» done to my hair by Elayna were non existant! I have red hair which is now ruined with no highlights. I asked the owner for my money back and she wouldn’t give it to me! Don’t ever go there! Thanks for nothing, litterally! I asked Elayna for highlights, I told her I wanted copper or strawberry blond highlights and I told her I was worried about it and she said «don’t worry I wont bleach your hair». Guess what? She bleached my hair most of my red hair was gone it was SOOO blonde, SHE even said that it was really blonde. I cried when I left. It was horrible. There was also a 1 inch ring around my face where the red and blond met. She told me I could go back in and she would fix it, I was REALLY nervous to have her fix it since she messed it up so bad in the first place. That experience was absolutely ridiculous!!! But I thought I would give it another shot, what could go wrong right? She put red back in my hair to try to cover up some of the blonde, well, she covered up almost ALL of the blonde so I spent $ 150 for nothing. I came out of that situation with barely any highlights that you couldn’t even see without searching for them and my hair was completely FRIED. I told the owner what happened and she wouldn’t give me money back, I said well can someone else in your salon fix my hair and she said only Elayna could. yeah right! I wouldn’t let her touch my hair again.
