Really pricy for very simple dry clean work. Customer service is really bad. When I told the lady that last time they charged half of this price, she tole me that I can go to other store. They don’t care. I won’t go there again!

I brought in 2 long coats for dry cleaning. One of them had a little strip of leather on it, so they said it would cost a bit more. I said sure, didn’t think much of it. I should’ve asked for their prices, but assumed it would be on par with other places in Bellevue.
I come to pick up my coats, and the lady working there says «That’ll be $ 75.» Huh? For 2 coats??? I ask her for the itemized breakdown. The first coat is $ 22, the second is $ 44, and the rest is tax and fees. The $ 22 is higher than expected, but acceptable. $ 44 for a coat with a strip of a leather on it?
Needless to say I won’t be back…
