I’ve come by a fair number of times to pick up a few things. Every time as soon as I walk in someone is very ready and willing to help and asks what I’m looking for, and then immediately walks me over to the place where they have what I need. If you need one or two things you can do so in maybe even under two minutes!

My new go to for all my BBQ needs. They’re not really that personable, but they’re SUPER efficient. Just imagine robot people.
Pros?
Blue Rhino propane tanks (park on the south side of the building… That’s where the tanks are and no you can’t walk the tank through the store…)
So much BBQ stuff!
Reasonable prices
Fast and accurate key copy machine (at Fred Meyer it seems to always turn out funky and takes forever)
Lots of stuffs… And pretty dang organized

I came in at 6:40pm thinking I just needed to buy a replacement headlight and leave, however I was slightly terrible at auto maintenance and they sent someone out to help me. It was about ten minutes before they closed and raining pretty hard at the time, yet the employee stayed until well after seven until we had figured it out without a single complaint. I would send all of the employees here fruit baskets if I could (:

Employee’s at this Ace store are so Rude! I called 6 times and on the 6th call finally was not hung up on. A business may carry great products but when the employees have no customer service makes the business look bad, its a reflection on management. I don’t write reviews but their terrible customer service encourage me to stand up and write my experience with them. It does NOT matter who is calling your store you should never hang up on a person, you never know who may be calling. Amy the owner should really look into this. I had to give a star to post my review-​I don’t agree with that. I might have had the wrong name when I called still the person who I spoke should have not been rude and say what he said. #bellinghamacerudecustomerservice

They have everything. The O ring on my blender fell apart in the dishwasher. I thought I would have to buy a new blender. I took the pieces down there– they fixed it– 59 cents. Awesome service. Awesome place. Perfect hardware store.

I am so pleased with the customer service at Ace, especially in the paint department! I went in yesterday and explained my project, and felt completely taken care of by the knowledgeable employees.

I can not say enough good things about this business. I just moved here from Santee, Ca two months ago and have been here for odds and ends about 5 times. They are so helpful. Today my license ate was falling off and come to find out that the rubber thing behind is so old it was broke but they fixed it for me. LOVE em!
