Specialties

Our big specialty is sincerely caring about how well we serve you and how much you enjoy your running or walking as a result of our help. We know all the shoes, apparel and gear you might need.

You can buy shoes anywhere, but here, we listen, measure, troubleshoot, analyze, check, confirm, follow up, actually enjoy what we do and are thrilled for the opportunity to help you.

Any pace, any size or age, any experience, any challenge – we are here for you.

Custom selection, custom fitting, huge selection, nice folks, gorgeous, historic building and Fairhaven scene on the waterfront. A place people return to year after year and from across the country.

If that isn’t enough, we offer a multitude of free weekly runs and walks. Schedule time with an in-store physical therapist, easily and inexpensively. Attend a Fitness Forum by local fitness experts. Enjoy a fun monthly fun run or find a great local race. It’s all here and more. Thanks and happy trails!

History

Established in 1999.

One of a kind, running and walking specialty business in the heart of Historic Fairhaven. An 1890’s brick building with tons of character and history. The sales staff is trained to «knock your socks off» with their personable and knowledgeable service. We especially enjoy helping brand new runners and walkers. It’s best to get going «on the right foot», after all!

Meet the Business Owner

Steve R.

Business Owner

With a long love of running and the joy of helping people with their shoes and fitness goals, I started the store in 1999. It was a partnership with Canadians Paul and Lynn Williams originally. Under sole ownership since 2002, my wife Genevie later joined me and we continue to enjoy a really fun community oriented business dedicated to a great workplace, a healthy community and environment, and a vibrant local grown economy. Thanks for visiting. We are excited to meet you!
