Do not expect any consultation or whatsoever! I am only going there because I am familiar with the program. My so called «consultant» has no answers whenever I have questions, and the answers she provides are wrong most of the time and I need to correct her! I do agree with the previous review that all they care about is selling the food not educating you or correcting your eating habbits. And again the only reason I am still going there is because it is the closest to my home and i do like Jenny food. I am not sure how the other centers around but I went to a center in Miami and they all were fabulous there! Although I am not a regular in that center, all staff were very attentive! Every Saturday I walk out of this frustrated! 1 more month and I hopefully reach my target weight and I hope that I will never ever need to go to this center again!

It’s all about $$$. Sorry to say Belmont center has gone downhill. Staff very unmotivated. It feels so different. A pitcher of water & glasses do not fix the atmosphere. Glasses are unsanitary! (at least use paper cups).Talked to other customers in the lobby & they felt the same. They had come from San Bruno center due to bad service from that manager. It wasn’t any different for them in this center & They were stopping the program. I guess it’s time to say good bye to Jenny! It has come to be all about your money & doesn’t feel like they care for your success. :-(

The program works. My wife and I have both done it. If you stick with it the pounds ease off. If you slip, the counselors are there to help you. The counselors range from so-​so to very good. So, if you don’t like the one you have, make sure to ask for another one. We changed a couple of times until we found the right person for us.

My consultant is good. Just seems every time you go the people who work there don’t pay much attention to you. You walk in and most of the time no one looks at you unless you’re their client. Should it matter? I’m a customer period!
