History

Established in 2015.

Cordoba’s opened in August 2015. The theme is Authentic Food from Cordoba Veracruz, Mexico. Real people from Cordoba Mexico are at the heart of Cordoba’s. Just Authentic, because Authentic is Best!

Cordoba was founded by the «Trente Caballeros» to be based on the architecture found in Spain. Cordoba is also known as the «cradle» of Mexican Democracy.

Seriously the most amazing tres leches cake — E.V.E.R. And $ 2.50 for a tamale with a side of rice and beans??? No possible way to go wrong eating here! The restaurant is a quick-​serve type that is at the front of a Hispanic store, so you know it’s authentic!

Food was very good and reasonably priced. It’s hard to find if you’re not looking for it, but well worth finding when you do. Highly recommend this place, the employees were very nice and all around it was a great place.

Loved this place! Quaint mom and pop Mexican restaurant. Very friendly and helpful service. Lots of seating. Great prices. Delicious food. I got a burrito bowl with their chicken and it was very filling. I also split a vegetarian tamale with my husband. It was just ok. Their seasoned meats are where it’s at. Husband got three pork tacos. We are from the south and it tasted like a great pork barbecue with a bit more spice. We were impressed and hope Belton and Raymore takes advantage of such a wonderful little restaurant. We will be back!

Great Mexican food and a really reasonable price. Will definitely be back and try some more things. I went with burrito bowl with three different meats. All of them very flavorful. Nothing was real spicy so make sure you ask for the hot salsa if you want it spicy. The guac had a nice fresh flavor with some great lime notes.

If you want authentic Mex-​Mex then this is the place! I’m glad I went.
The tamales are fresh and moist. I got the poblano pepper since I also ordered the carnitas burrito bowl with charro beans. Normally I decline the rice and forgot to tell them. It was flavorful and fluffy.
I throughly enjoyed my meal and will return!

Great food, authentic and delicious. I will eat there many times again. You should go there now, your taste buds will thank me. The staff is really good too, friendly, fast and courteous. This is a great taqueria, and has the best Mexican food in the area.

Super nice staff and great food. We had the tacos, nachos and burritos. Nice creamy cheese on the nachos and they gave us pie to sample. The location isn’t much to look at, but really glad we went in. They should bottle and sell their salsa. Definitely going back.
