The menu needs to be flushed out to show ALL ingredients/garnish, aka cheese, types of breading being used etc… we ordered an app, asking about dairy in the sauce and mentioning we don’t eat dairy, and the app came out sprinkled with parm. Felt bad sending it back, but the menu said nothing about cheese and an allergy is what it is… we will probably not return. I think this place impresses folks who are not adventurous or skilled at cooking in their home. Good luck to the former truck…

I definitely understand why this restaurant has five stars. The food is incredible and creative. I ordered the Korean waffle bowl, purely out of curiosity. The sauce was spicy and delicious, and the waffle was unique and tasty. The space is a bit small, so we got the order to go. It wouldn’t be good for big groups, but it’s perfect for pairs or a smaller group looking for some tasty cuisine. Service was friendly. I’d definitely go back & I certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for something different and delicious. Truly a gem in Bend!

My family and I came for the brunch on a Sunday morning. It wasn’t busy and the service was good. The unique menu offers something for everyone at a good price. My favorite dish was the fried avocados eggs Benedict with the green chili latke. If you’re looking for good portions and tastey food for a good price then I would recommend giving this place a try.

We looked forward to eating here after a long drive up from Ashland, walked in at 7:30, and were given no direction. We stood there. We sat there. We left without even being acknowledged. Terrible service. Hire more people.

Holy crap. The fried avocado tacos blew my freakin mind. They’re seriously amazing. Generous with whatever incredible creamy sauce that’s on them, which I appreciate. Also tried the Bi Bim Bob with tofu. Great flavors, and the tofu was cooked perfectly(wish I could make it that good at home). New favorite restaurant in Bend!

Amazing food. The Cuban was great and the Korean Waffle was amazing. Slightly pricey, but then you get this enormous amount of food.

Great food and great service! It’s a hidden gem in Bend. It was recommended by a couple of people recently so we gave it a try and it was really good! I had to try kimchi waffle since I’ve never heard of it and I’m Korean :). I was impressed by the chef’s creativity! Kimchi waffle was awesome but the Asian meatballs that came with it were out of this world good!!! You’ve got to try their meatballs if you are a meat eater! We are definitely going back for more!

Fantastic food! I got the avocado taco and a Chinese sandwich made with mushrooms and coleslaw as a side. Everything was delicious. Cute place and wonderful staff. Will be back next time I’m in town.

Fantastic out of the way spot with an inspired and diverse menu. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options, plus an impressive looking cheeseburger! Outdoor seating at a large picnic table. Along with the special of the day, I tried one of their signature fried avocado tacos. Very tasty.

This place is amazing!!! So many options, especially for vegans and vegetarians. Great ethnic fusion. Tried their eggplant stack. It was Sooo delicious. If it had spaghetti with it would have been perfect because the sauce is so flavorful and delicious but needs the pasta for balance

One of the best meals I’ve had in Bend. Casual environment, amazing favors. The Thai coconut salad is the bomb; as is fried avocado benedict.

Friendly staff and welcoming to the kiddos. Fried avocado and avocado tacos were great. One sky chi tea was amazing as always. We will be back again. Looking at other peoples orders next to us, salmon salad looked amazing too!

This used to be the best food cart around and is now my favorite restaraunt in Bend. I missed the incredible food scene living in Portland and this place hits the spot. The fried avocado tacos and japanese tacos are amazing. The staff and service are wonderful, and now they’re serving dinner and drinks. The daily specials are always very creative, eclectic and delicious! Definitely Bend’s hidden gem of a restaraunt!

These guys have graduated from a food truck to real honest-to-goodness storefront. The food is eclectic and vibrant, but not so «adventurous» you can’t identify the ingredients. Try the Japanese tacos. Really. Just try them. The Korean waffle bowl is incredibly good. And if you’re down for comfort food, their grass-fed meatloaf sandwich on focaccia bread is an incredible reinterpretation of a staple food for most Americans. The drink of choice, without a doubt, is the house made coconut ginger lime aid for three dollars. Drinking it will make you a better person. I heard a rumor that they’re getting a liquor license just so they can put some rum in this.

I have a soft spot for food carts, so was pleased to see Global Fusion pop-up next to Locavore on 1st St. Tried the fried avocado tacos first time which was recommended when I asked what was spicy on the menu. And the Vietnamese sandwich with Salmon on the second go-around. Both entrees full of flavor with a unique twist on each. Price is right, diverse menu. Wish there was a better seating selection, but hey, it’s a food cart. Counter help was hesitant, but Bethlyn comes through behind the scenes.
