Cellular Sales, Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer

Very unhappy with the experience here. Was told we could trade in our Moto X unlocked, 32gb phones for newer Moto X phones (were given 16gb, not enough storage) with $ 100 each trade in. Had to return next day and spend another hour while they gave us older LG phones (steered away from promotional offer of Samsung phones). Later, discovered we could not receive the trade in rebates since only good on Motorola phones. Jesse did a bait and switch. Agree with other unhappy reviewers!

If I could give this store a negative review, I would. There is nothing truthful about the way they do business. If you buy the support for your Iphone, thinking you are paying extra so that you can get a new device instead of a used device, think again. You get what ever the ins company has available. And the deductible will be 2x what you were quoted when you purchased your phone. If you think your bill will be one amount, add at least 40+dollars. And don’t buy their charges for the iphone. That charger is what broke my phone in the first place. Why does every Iphone compatible charger work except for theirs? Seriously. get on the phone and call 611 or go to the store at the north end of town. Do not go here. First time I went there, shame on them, the second time, shame on me. I am such an idiot to think they would be on the up and up the second time.

Let me say this… I was going to write a review based on a HORRIBLE experience here with Tracee, but I couldn’t even give her 1 star. It was too generous.
That said, I called and spoke with a manager, Chad, about the way I was treated the previous day. He was apologetic, understanding, professional, classy and extremely competent… completely the opposite of my first trip to the store.
I went back and he set me up with Jesse Hart who was FABULOUS! He listened, was extremely customer service oriented and was bending over backwards to accommodate me. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me options, never pushing for something I wasn’t comfortable with. I walked away happy and completely taken care of, and dare I say, I had a great time!
I would highly recommend the service of all employees I encountered in store last night. Go to one of them — you won’t be sorry!

I purchased a phone from this store back in August, and the initial experience was great; the employees were professional and I like the phone. I would rate this business 5-​stars if their follow-​through service was par with their manipulative sales techniques. I was promised a $ 100 rebate with my purchase as long as I followed the instructions provided by the rep who sold me the phone. Well, it turns out that his instructions were less than thorough. And after being told by LG (the phone company offering the rebate) that I was shit out of luck, the sales rep seems to be falling back on his promise to refund me the amount of the rebate. I’ve been patiently waiting for about three months and I’ve inquired several times for an update, but all I receive are vague excuses that demonstrate incompetence. Whether or not I receive the rebate/​refund, I received poor customer service and I don’t feel like a valued customer.

This service was horrible I have been working for Verizon for 3+ years in California and unfortunately my mother lives in Bend Oregon I had advised her to go to her local Verizon store and get a new device. I know the ins and outs or Verizon and how they work. This indirect store charged my mom an upgrade fee was what the first representative called it of 40 dollars. Well when I heard that I had my mom go back into the store and put me on the phone with the representative. It was a different person because the other person had gone home. Well this representative had told me that the reason they charged my mom a 40 dollar fee was because they go above and beyond for their customers and they transfer all data he then said he would wave this for the second line my mom had bought, which fine no problem me thinking my mom got superb customer service. Once I hung up she then told the representative everything you told my daughter wasn’t true. I didn’t get that customer service that he was talking about. My mom was so upset she wanted to return the devices and he then told her his wife would kill him if he didn’t get home and he couldn’t help me. This store doesn’t deserve 1 star ! Me working for Verizon I know this is unacceptable and you should avoid this store ! The payment on the devices are also higher monthly ! AVOID!

This store and Jon who helped me are gifts for God! Amazing! I was having a baby and my phone broke I went into the store Jon not only helped me order a brand-​new iPhone 6 he gave me a replacement to have a phone at the birth of my first child. The next morning the iPhone 6 that we had ordered came in the mail Jon not only programmed my iCloud and set everything up perfectly for me but he personally delivered my phone to the hospital! yes what you are reading is true. Since then I’ve had Jon’s help with absolutely any concerns I have!

Les is without a doubt a master of customer service, he had a solution for every problem we were having all while listening to our crazy children complain about how hungry they had been. In the end he solved every problem with ease and even let our kids eat a pizza at his desk.
If I could give him a better rating I wouldn’t hesitate.

The service here is absolutely 5 stars. Alexis was beyond helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Far better service then the corporate store and there was no waiting at all! Thank you!

We just upgraded our phones at the Bend Verizon off Reed Market & 3^rd. We had the most outstanding customer service with James Heigh. We are so happy the how quickly we were waited on, the time that was spent with us, and the quality of service that we received. We highly recommend this Verizon store for a amazing customer service.

This store is a compete rip off, with unprofessional liar salespeople just looking to take your money and not do their job right! My fiancé and I came in to sign up for a joint phone plan together with the promise of 2 weeks satisfaction guarantee. After signing up on Friday and leaving the store we ended up spending the entire weekend unable to make or receive calls bc ALEX didnt do his job right in porting our numbers correctly or making sure that the accounts were setup correctly.(we couldnt come in sooner to resolve this bc we went out of town) We returned on Sunday, 3 days later, to cancel our plan which we had been super disappointed. I then explained the entire situation and had been told that I had to pay a restocking fee of $ 35! Just to get this over with, I paid it and was told that since we were within the 72 hour period that we would not be billed for anything and they were sorry they lost us as customers. (we then went directly to Costco and signed up with Sprint at the kiosk and had excellent service and got awesome brand new Samsung SG5’s as their promotion, instead of the crappy iphone 5c verizon sold us on bc it was their only promotion? even tho this kiosk offered this same promotion with verizon, tho at this point we no longer wanted to use them) We then find out that since we cancelled our plan with verizon since they screwed up so much, that we both lost our numbers which we had for years! hers from Ft Lauderdale FL, and Mine from Portland… We left happily and had our phones setup correctly and immediately. Then, a week later, we get a bill for $ 221 from Verizon?! We called corporate, they let us know that the location we signed upa and cancelled at didnt refund us correctly and instead actually ended up charging us alot more!!! They apologized and promised that everything would be zeroed out since we cancelled and everything within 72 hours. another week later, we receive a bill for $ 721!!! After calling back, they tell us that the supervisor didnt approve the last CSR’s attempt to fix the problem bc that was an issue that the store we signed up at had to fix. They totally understood our dismay and reassured us that this was not a common occurrence. They then three way called the store and explained that they needed to fix this, so they took our information, which also didnt come up in their system bc it wasnt entered correctly, image that?! So another week goes by and we dont hear back from them so instead of going in and causing a scene I call and finally get back in touch with TRACIE, who assures me she has done everything they could and finally got the $ 700 in early termination fees reversed, bc we cancelled within 72 hours, so basically, if you are still going to use this location to sign up, do not forget to cancel within 72 hours!!! that still left $ 82 for charges, which were for «usage» even tho we couldnt even use our phones bc they werent setup correctly by that moron ALEX, and TRACIE assured me there was nothing more she could do and just gave me the number to some guy on the east coast that never returned my call or text… Finally, we got back on the phone with customer care and got approval for the activation fees and «usage» fees removed… she couldnt send us any proof of this however, so I wouldnt be suprised to still get another bill, but if she actually was able to follow through with what we had been promised on 3 other occasions then bless her heart! All together, this experience was a compete nightmare and this location is a cutthroat careless not customer caring cell phone center. DO NOT GO HERE! Verizon is a good company, but this place is a terrible representation of the brands image and we were seriously disappointed, if I could put zero stars I would.

I live in New York but I am on a business plan originating from Bend, OR. I needed help getting my new phones set up and shipped out to the East Coast. Loren, The sales rep that assisted me was outstanding. I had many questions along the way and even ran into a few challenges with shipping. This resulted in me texting Loren continuously for about a week. She responded to my texts immediately and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend you ask for Loren when you go to this Verizon store. She is a consummate professional and a pleasant person to deal with. Thumbs up and 5 stars for Loren!

I was encouraged to write this complaint by VERIZON CORPORATE.
I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and my experience up to my experience at this Bend Verizon Store was outstanding. My experience at this Bend location could not have been WORSE. After receiving assistance from Alexis Eudy and her associates at this Bend location:
1. The 15 – 20 minute quoted time to get a new phone took 2 hours.
2. I ended up with unnecessary charges, that Verizon Corporate removed.
3. In the process of changing my plan Alexis completely screwed up my account. Until it was fixed by Verizon Corporate Customer Service. Following this, VERIZON CORPORATE asked me to write this review. They were as unimpressed as I was.
I WOULD NOT RECOMEND ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!!!
They are not educated in the Verizon products, the services that Verizon provides or how to implement either.
Verizon is a great service provider and offers great products, just do business with locations and representatives who represent Verizon and their products and services well. THE EMPOYEES AT THIS BEND VERIZON STORE DO NOT!!!

I came in because it’s time for my upgrade and I told the associate so and he asked me what I liked about my current phone so maybe he could find something similar. I said that it was kind of silly but I loved the pull out keyboard, that it wasn’t touch screen. He made a condescending scoffing noise and said well they don’t make that anymore. SORRRRR-​Y. Don’t have to make me feel like an ass for answering your question truthfully.
Then the same sales associate asked me 2 – 3 times «So, can I get you to take this phone home today?» Smooth.
When showing me phones he said «Women generally want a smaller phone, so look at these.» Does he think he sounds like less of an asshole because he threw in the word «generally» ?
He repeatedly cut me off when I was trying to explain what I was looking for to tell me some useless tidbit like «well my wife loves this feature» or «In my experience, it’s great!» When I tried to butt in to say something he seemed irritated and exasperated and rolled his eyes. Didn’t know ME buying a new phone was all about the sales person and nothing to do with me or my preferences.
I came in looking to buy an iPhone and he quickly pushed me in the direction of Android phones, he compared them then told me that an iPhone wouldn’t work properly unless I had an iPad or a Mac computer. At first I appreciated the knowledge he was giving me when comparing Android phones to the iPhone, but when he gave me that information that it was incompatible he sounded desperate and untrustworthy.
When I told him I had planned on the iPhone but now that he had given me a lot to think about and I wanted to research the Android phones more before making a decision, all of a sudden the iPhone wasn’t such a bad phone after all to him and he tried to back peddle «Welllll the iPhone is a good reliable phone too! If that’s what you want you should get it, want to take one home today?» Sales 101: stick to your opinion once you’ve made one clear to retain your reliability.
I told him I’d think about it and to give me his business card. When I was about to leave the store I was thinking, well maybe they only get commission on the Android phones and maybe he’s having a bad sales day and it made him a little more pushy. I get that. I’ve worked and managed in retail and sales jobs for years. I wanted to make sure I had his card so I could at least give him the sale when I did come back for the phone I decided on because despite being rather rude he was probably a nice guy outside of work and did spend time giving me a lot of information, but then what he did next just bothered me.
I left the store with his card after letting him know i’d be in touch and he then followed me outside of the store and told me to call ahead of time to make sure he was there so I wouldn’t have to stand in line. Right. So he wants me to call to make sure that he and not his coworkers gets the sale. Did I not just assure him I’d come back to him for the sale?
The whole thing became way too much about the sales associate and about sales and I felt pressured and guilty if I decided to go elsewhere and it was all around a bad experience. I’ll be sticking to research online and ordering online. Sorry that salesmen have to cost good employees a commission.
Don’t let retail/​sales change you or become important enough to you that you forget you’re just working a shitty retail job that you probably hate anyway.

This is not a Verizon store! If you shop here expect extra charges on your next Verizon bill. Everything looks just like the store on the north side of town but they are aparently a knockoff.
