My department uses their services annually, they have been spot on every time. They teach the latest science in both Trauma and Resuscitation, and their instructors are some of the top people in their fields. Their classes are the first I have experienced where I didn’t want it to end quite yet. Highly recommend.

Honestly, with 35 years EMS experience, this is the worst training and worst follow up that I have ever taken part in. I will not ever use their services again, and I would suggest that any one living in the Central Oregon region use a more professional organization. I will be addressing this with the AHA because I do not think they are up to AHA standard.
