He made my slate floors look like new as well as the granite in the kitchen. also provided products for my future use and gave me instructions regarding future maintenance.

I had Dave at Grout and Stone Maintenance work on my grout in my kitchen and family room floors, and also my granite counter tops. I could not be more excited on how it turned out. I was thinking about completely replacing all of the tile, but did want to go through the expense, time and mess associated with this. I saw Dave’s ad through a postcard one day and decided to give him a try. I never realized how my discolored, and dirty grout made my tile look old and worn. After Dave was finished, my floors looked brand new again. And now that the grout is sealed, cleaning the floors is an easy task. The dirt comes right off, and now my floors stay looking new again. Dave also cleaned and polished my granite counter tops. He brought them back to their original shine and smoothness. I’ve have seen other companies advertise a perma seal type product, but after checking them out on Unilocal,I decided not to use them.
