I have used their services 3 times in the past to replace cracked cell phone screens and they were cheaper than the deductible alone charged by my cell phone insurance. Calling them again to get my daughter’s Kindle screen replaced next.

I reached out to the owner via email. After two days of not getting a response, I try via Facebook which worked better. They said my xbox would need to be repaired based on a youtube video I made.
Three days later, I finally had time to bring it in. I check their website,
for hours and I find nothing. I check Facebook and see that they’re due to close at 6pm, so I have time to drop it off as it’s Friday at 5:30pm. I call just to make sure, but I get no answer.
I try Facebook again, telling them that FYI, there are no hours listed on their website. I’m told the page is under construction, and that they’ve gone for the day.
I point out that it’s a good thing I checked first before driving over there. After all, it’s 5:30pm and their hours say they will be open until 6pm.
I call at 11am on Saturday to see if they’re there since they due to the experience of the previous day. I get no answer on the phone.
I try Facebook for the third time. This time they’re not there because they’re out running «errands», but they volunteer to «set aside some time to make sure to be» there. At this time I’m getting frustrated. Why bother having opening hours if you’re not going to be there to the point where they have to set aside time? So I ask them as much. I’m told that they’ve been extremely busy, but that if I drop it off in the morning, they can have it done by the end of the day. I point out that being busy is one thing, but not being in the store during opening hours is an entirely different thing.
At this point they tell me:
«I respectfully refuse to serve you. Due to your lack of respect, I will need you to find someone else to fix your xbox. Have a nice day.»
OK. So I’ve been trying really hard to make sure someone’s going to be at the store when running across time, and I’m being told I’m disrespectful? I had no intent of being disrespectful, so I apologize and explain that I’m ONLY TRYING TO MAKE SURE THAT SOMEONE WILL BE THERE WHEN I COME.
They won’t have it, and the conversation ends with them telling me to «have a nice day.»
I’m pretty sure the story speaks for itself. They’re hard to get a hold of, and seem to have no concept of serving the customer. To call me disrespectful when trying to make sure I don’t waste my time going there was nothing short of rude, and to continue this nonsense even after I apologize is even worse.
For reference, here’s my apology:
«I apologize if you think I’ve been disrespectful. That’s not been in intent. I just want to waste 30 minutes driving only to have to do it again because you were not staffed during yours. Does that make sense?»
