Owner and Pizzaoli, Ed Barbeau, started in the pizza business 7 years ago making pizzas with only the finest ingredients. His award winning recipes include 2010 Best Gourmet Pizza Western Region, 7th place in the World. He also won 4th place at Orlando, FL in 2009 with his original extreme BBQ Hawaiian pizza Not all artisan pizzas are created equal. The art of the wood fired pizza is an Italian tradition that we’ve brought to Central Oregon.
It’s Pisano’s mission to pour our love of the craft into every pie we make. We use only fresh local ingredients, handmade sauce, dough and cheese.
