Best in Bend! Amazing customer service and Eduard is simply the best. They get you in and out quickly, clean your windows, take your trash and on occasion, give you Dum Dum suckers! The uniforms top it off. If you must take time out of your day to to something as tedious as filling up, definitely come to this Shell station.

Awesome customer service at the pump and THE place I go for gas while traveling through Bend. It’s like I transported back to the 1950s.

Great place to put gas in your car ! It’s no revers that’s for sure but they do sell a «pocket of a clown» I highly recommend it. Great chinese food ask for randy liedtke

The owners have really set the bar with customer service and product/​merchandising innovation. I have never had to wait for service, even when they’re very busy. Most weekends you will find that they’re hosting a car wash fundraiser.

The best gas station I have ever encountered. Ok, well 2^nd best after the Mobil station in Lee Vining, CA. Phenomenal customer service by the pump attendants, amazing beer inside and even more amazing KIELBASA that is under the little heater lamps with the other food that I’m usually scared of. I go out of my way to stop here when I am in Bend.

Literally the nicest people I have ever met! They have attendants who pump your gas and who dress in the cutest outfits. Eduard is the very best! I am from Georgia and the people here and around this town are just like the most genuine, generous, hospitable people where I am from. It was absolutely beautiful. Refreshing. Praise God for good people!

A gas station-​where the attendants dress like an old school ice cream shop. They wear a white outfit and hat.
Large convenience store and beer selection with a cave.
The best part, 30 some taps, for growlers to go. You may have up to 2 pints here, but no more than that.
Brilliant beer selection. Very friendly, happy staff.
No Oregon Lotto, though.
If you are in Bend and love beer, stop here. They also have a fancy screen showing all their beers available and ABV, origin, etc. –Very sophisticated.

This is the first (and perhaps last) time that I have reviewed a gas station /​mini-​mart, but from the moment we arrived to fill up, we knew that this was a special place. Their customer service is INCREDIBLE. This must have been what gas/​service stations were like in the 1950s… when «full service» lived up to its name. We briefly went inside and were impressed by the selection. But the customer service at the pumps is the main reason for this short but glowing review.

Above and beyond customer!!! My kids only ever want to come here to see their «friends.»

Is everyone in Prineville this friendly? Excellent counter lady, genuine smile and asked about my day. And I was just buying water!

Good place to get barbecue over on this side of Bend. The reason why it GI to stars is it doesn’t fit with the whole Baldie’s style. If you truly want everything from their menu, visit the east side location or the one in Redmond for everything Baldie’s have to offer.

Updating Mark’s review, the sublet restaurant in Stop and Go is now Baldy’s BBQ. Which I think is another great addition to this place. Nice to have good BBQ on the Eastside of town.
However, the real reason I am commenting here is to give a big «High Five» to Scott, the night shift manager, and his outstanding customer service.
This past week, we learned that Stop and Go started carrying «chicken on a stick» which for mini-​mart fare… can be rather tasty.
Long and short of it, we left work late last night and I asked my wife if she just wanted to swing by Stop and Go, grab some chicken on a stick and head home.
We pulled in about 8:15 last night and passing by Scott, who was working the register, we asked if there was any chicken on a stick left.
He quickly commented, «No. Not really.» And sure enough there were a couple of sticks in the cardboard float trays. To which Scott further said, «You really don’t want those. They are old and will be really chewy and dry. However, if you guys are ever in this situation again, just call ahead and we’ll have some fresh ones done for you right away!»
He then confirmed with one of the cooks that it takes about 20 mins lead time but that YES… they could definitely have some ready for us if we call ahead.
Scott then wrote down the phone number and handed it to us.
So here is the deal, I just thought that was outstanding customer service for a mini-​mart. Way to go on being honest about the quality of the chicken currently available. Then going the «extra mile» by telling us to call ahead and providing the phone number. All with a smile and a genuine attitude of caring and helpfulness.
Even though we ended up not buying anything THIS time around, we’ll be back.

Stop and Go Mini Mart is the best gas station in all of Bend!!!
They go above and beyond every time.
Here are just a few of the perks:
1. they call you by name
2. wash your windows (every time)
3. recently, they have started to offer to take any trash that may be laying around the car
4. smiles on their faces all the time
5. hard working staff
6. they are sharply dressed in uniforms that throw back to a different decade
The one downside is that they are so busy it is a trick getting the car in line, but the staff plays traffic control so it all works out!
