We accomplish all design and construction documents in house to alleviate high costs, and our project management and communication between our design team and construction implementation team is unrivaled. We provide our clients with sophisticated, elegant and functional spaces that are budget-​friendly and detail oriented. Turn-​key projects are our specialty, providing a complete renovation from top to bottom, beginning with the design planning phase and completed with the final details by our construction team.

History

Established in 2011.

Sadie Callow has been practicing interior design for nearly 10 years and maintains an allied membership with the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). She has worked with some of the Bay Area’s top design firms, and provided design services throughout the country. Aaron Callow has 15+ years in the construction industry, and has owned his construction firm since 2008. He has maintained his General Contractor’s license, bond and insurance, and his attention to detail is impeccable. In 2011, they formed Callow Design and Construction, to utilize both skills to provide a service unlike others in their industries. Comprehensive services allow third parties to be excluded, and costs to be maintained at a lower level, as all design and drafting work is completed in house, and the communication between the team ensures that no detail is forgotten. Design and Construction currently provides service in the San Francisco Bay Area and surrounding areas.

Business Owner

Aaron has worked in the construction industry for 15+ years. His experience ranges from Highway work and Bay Bridge retrofitting work, to residential remodels and new construction. He started his residential firm, Callow Construction, in 2008, and re-​structured the company in 2011 to include interior design services offered by Sadie Callow. Callow Design and Construction is licensed, bonded and fully insured.
