Such a terrific experience from start to finish with Jenny and Melanie. Professional, knowledgable and ALWAYS available. Any time I had a question they were always there to help. During such a stressful experience I couldn’t ask for better agents. I highly recommend these two, whether you are buying or selling you will not be disappointed. What a duo!!!

We had a great experience with Melanie and Jenny! This was the fifth house we’ve sold and Melanie and Jenny lived up to our expectations. They were easy to work with, easy to communicate with and they were very responsive throughout the process. And as for the actual process it was a breeze! Melanie and Jenny had reasonably priced & fast working referrals for us. We used the carpet cleaning co they recommended and the cleaning co and the general contractor (for minor repairs).
Our house was listed on a Friday and the following Friday we had 5 offers! We entered into contract one week after the property was listed and exactly one week later we closed with a cash offer!
The entire process was smooth, and we would not hesitate to use Melanie and Jenny again!

I found Melanie and her assistant Jenny by reviews posted online. I am not disappointed in my decision to use them to sell my home one bit! They were wonderful! They were fast, effective, thorough and was able to answer all the questions I had about selling my home. I was sent regular weekly updates, notified of every step of the process and reassured when needed. I received very fast responses to emails and other communications. I highly recommend them if you want knowledgeable and competent people to work with in buyer or selling your home.

They helped me get a good price for my home, and helped me through a seamless negotiation and escrow process. Melanie is an amazing realtor. Six years ago my husband and I were strolling through downtown Benicia and saw some ads for real estate in the window. We walked in and Melanie greeted us. From that moment on she was a fountain of expertise, knowledge and courtesy. We initially wanted to put our house on the market and she prepared a thorough analysis of comparable property values. Even though we decided not to sell at the time, her enthusiasm never waned. In fact it wasn’t until six years later that we would sell, but in the meantime she was a source of referrals for home contractors, advice on worthwhile home upgrades, and a dedicated agent showing us investment properties. She tells you the straight truth and does not cut corners and never pressures you. She’s not looking to make any sale or just get a commission, she’s truly engaged and helpful and wants to make sure all parties are happy and comfortable. I cannot say enough about how cared for we were by her. My only disappointment is that having moved from the area I won’t have the joy of working with her again.
