Rosie’s started out as a food cart 2011, and soon graduated to a fun loving truck… where now we serve our customers even more delicious food with more comfort and much more COLOR!

I’m an artist and entrepenuer who came up with the idea to run a colorful, fun truck and sell the best hot dog concoctions you could think of…

Unemployed for about 5 years I came to my wits end as to what to do, I was ‘over qualified’ for the corporate world as we know it, so with the thought in mind ‘I MUST reinvent myself’…I decided why not go into my own business and create something special and FUN…

I swore I wouldn’t go back to corporate… and here I am enjoying every single minute of Rosie’s Weenie Wagon and the people that grace me with their business and presence and compliments on my food…

I am blessed in more ways than one…

When you come to Rosie’s Weenie Wagon, you’re not just coming to a ‘food truck’. It’s all about the experience of having a fun dog, getting treated with a smile, having a laugh and me sincerely wishing you a ‘nice day’.
