History

Established in 1987.

This business was established in Berkeley since 1987. It was originally located 2413 Telegraph ave, which is now a part of Rasputins. We moved to 2308 Telegraph Ave in 1992. Unfortunately we were forced to move again in 2008 and is now located at 2410 Telegraph Ave. We have served the Bay Area for over 20 years and love the bay area. We have just had a change of name from Sun Shade to Berkeley Shade because of our love for Berkeley. We hope to serve the Bay area for many more years to come.

Tung has been in this industry for over 10 years. He is very knowledgeable about all our products and is more than happy to try to answer any questions you may have. He is also a ABO certified licensed optician and serves as our Optical Manager.
