They did an awesome job on my friend’s hallway carpet! The only problem is now the other carpeted area looks dull in comparison. Great value too!

Noah was a very nice, easy to talk to person. We coordinated when he would come to the apartment well in advance and was very responsive and arrived in timely fashion. Not many people do this, so this was something I really appreciated.
I helped bring Noah up to the apartment after which point he got right to work. He was very careful, effective, and dedicated to cleaning the carpet well and explained to me what he was doing and how the tools operate so I would be conscious of what was happening.
Got rid of the cigarette smell that was previously on our carpet and it looked great afterwards! would definitely go to him again and recommend him to anybody who needs your carpet cleaned for a great value price.

I am so happy I went with Noah for carpet cleaning. He does a thorough, honest, and attentive job at very fair prices. My carpet (and my extension, the entire apartment) looks a million times better than it did before he showed up. Thanks, Noah!

Noah was timely, caring, and effective. I first called him late at night after business hours to leave a message, and he promptly called me back first thing in the morning. He found time for me the next day itself, which I very much appreciated.
He showed up exactly within the window we had agreed upon, with a clear understanding of the areas he was to work within. He even added an extra bedroom last minute upon my request for a very reasonable price.
Our carpets were pretty old and dirty, stained with years of spillage and pet stains. I wouldn’t say it’s back to brand new, but it is a HUGE improvement from before, one that I look forward to enjoying.
In summary, Noah, aka Captain Carpet Care, is easy to schedule an appointment with, very effective at cleaning carpets, and a very reasonable and chill dude. Highly recommend!

They arrived at the scheduled time and were thorough with their work. The pricing was more affordable than what other carper cleaning businesses quoted, and they got rid of all our spots and stains. The guy was friendly and professional.

Noah was on-​time, efficient, and easy to work with. He knows what he’s doing and even completed the job in less time than he estimated. He also stuck very closely to the price we discussed on the phone.
Our 7 year old carpet was in pretty bad shape in the high traffic spots. It’s looking next to new almost everywhere. We are enjoying the clean carpets.
Noah prices the cleaning on a per room basis, with hallways counting as a room. He does his best to estimate over the phone, then will make some adjustments when he arrives. He is definitely fair. Consider that you may have very large rooms and he may need to slightly increase the price. In fairness, he also accounts for smaller rooms, or rooms with very little carpet showing. I would say that he is very fair and reasonable, especially for someone who does really good work and is already lower priced that other companies out there.

Noah did a very good job in my apartment cleaning. I was moving out of my apartment in berkeley and noah came over to clean the carpet. It was really dirty due to daily walking and all the dirts are gone after cleaning! It is amazingly clean and i really thanks noah for doing it!

The bad thing, he was late without giving any notice until I called to figure out what was going on.
But when he showed up he did amazing work. He set up and then transformed this one room that was a catastrophe and was overall really helpful and courteous. He also was mid-​packing up and then I asked him to do a little extra that I forgot to mention before and he just did it no questions asked.

Called for emergency cleaning due to kitchen sink plumbing issue. Noah came later that evening (on a Saturday night). We were charged the quoted rate (which was an amazing deal) and it took the amount of time that he estimated. Things look great, everyone is happy. Will call again.

So they really did a great job cleaning our carpet, including the nail polish spots on it (which supposedly is really hard to come off). They came on time and were very responsive to our request. The guys who helped us was a nice person, too. And, the price was very reasonable I would definitely use them again.

Called nine minutes AFTER scheduled appointment time and cancelled. Poor business practice. Completely unimpressed.

My experience with this business was fantastic!
I had an issue with my apartment as I was moving out (they were trying to charge me $ 1000 for a small ink stain) and I called Captain Carpet Care to get some help. They not only did a great job on cleaning the carpet for a ridiculously low price but also gave me a ton of helpful advice on how to ensure I avoided the fee and get my security deposit back. In the end, the stain came out and I got my money back. I was a great experience wo work with them.
Hope I get the chance to use them again.

I call Noah last Sunday at 11:30am, after the cleaners that were scheduled to come in at 12pm told me their machine has broken down. He came in within 30mins as promised and did the work honestly and took care of my carpet cleaning on very competitive rates.
Noah was a breath of fresh air in this very dishonest industry, on top of that he is polite and respectful. I wish success in the future, so he can upgrade his equipment.

On time, all as promised, worked hard and did a thorough job at very competitive price.
Have large house and have used whoever I find on craigslist over the years wth mixed results. I will definitely be using this company every time now.

Nice young fella did a good job cleaning the carpet. I’ll use him again.

I found this place through Groupon to clean carpets at my dad’s rental property.
They were late, but called at least. It still doesn’t sit well that my dad had to take the entire day off from work to wait around for the carpet cleaners to arrive. He was given a window of when they would arrive. They then called at the later end of that window to say they were running late and gave a time when they would be there. Of course they weren’t there by that time either.
Unfortunately when small businesses sell a bunch of groupons their customer service usually suffers… and so do their Unilocal reviews.
Anyway, the carpets were finally cleaned. They did an ok job, nothing outstanding about the job they did or their service. They were professional and polite.

I bought a $ 50 Groupon for this company to clean two rooms of carpet and was planning to pay them another $ 25 for travel expenses. They made an appointment with me for 4 pm early in the week, then did not call or show up. My cats were locked in the bathroom, I’d cleaned the house and gotten as much off the floor as possible (including my old couch, which I had carted off to the dump in time for their cleaning). I called them after waiting for a while and they said, «Oh, sorry. The car broke down, we were going to call you.»
We rescheduled for 2 days later. I left work early, came home, locked the cats in the bathroom again, cleaned. No call, no show again. I called them and they said, «Oh, didn’t the driver call you? He should have called you. We can’t clean the carpets when it’s raining out.» I said, «But it was raining the last time we scheduled and you were going to come anyway. I did all of this preparation for you to come. Couldn’t you have checked the weather report and called me?»
We rescheduled again. Again, I came home early, etc. No call, no show. They don’t even have a physical address on their website. Do not trust them. They are completely unprofessional hacks. What a waste of time.

Found them on Unilocal and scheduled an appointment with them, since I trust the judgment of my fellow Unilocalers.
They were late for my appointment so I gave them a call. They said they were running late and may not make it to my apartment in Berkeley that day. I had to get my carpet cleaned as I was leaving town later that day. They tried to get out of it saying that since they gave me such a great deal, they need to keep the other people who paid the full price their first priority (not in those words exactly, but that was basically what they were saying). I was upset by this and explained to them that I needed to get the carpet cleaned that day since I would be out of town and unable to clean the carpet before the end of my apartment lease. Eventually, they made arrangements and arrived approximately 40 – 45 minutes later.
Their cleaning job was just okay. Not very through but how through did I expect them to be? The bottom line? The carpet was cleaned and they gave me a receipt to pass on to the landlord.
One star for price.
Another one for coming.
Minus 1 for almost failing to meet their promise to show up on the scheduled day. Minus 1 star for attempting to make excuses, saying their full price customers were their priority. Minus yet another star for taking the $ 10 tip without even a short «thank you.» (I gave them $ 10 more than what the price of the carpet cleaning was supposed to be… and watched as they glanced at the money and pocketed everything quietly, even without acknowledging the fact that I overpaid them). Made me question their honesty. But overall, they cleaned my carpet for a good price. Thus the 2 stars.

I am a property owner/​landlord, and have used many different carpet cleaning companies over the years. I have had mixed result’s, but nothing memorable until I found Captain Carpet. Not only are they the best priced, but they were the most impressive! I initially thought the low price could mean low quality, but couldn’t have been more wrong. They were very respectful, polite, and business like. That being said, they did the best job I have ever witnessed. They made my carpet’s look better then new! I will be sure to use them on all of my rental, and personal properties in the future.

Problem: My carpet was dirty and my windows had mold.
I called 5 different shops.
Solution: Captain Carpet Care
They came within a day and on time. They pressured wash my windows with 212 degree boiling water. Killed all the mold, bacterial, bugs, dirt, etc. They also washed my carpet really nice. I paid $ 99 for a 2 bedroom, hallway, living room, 700 sq ft. and $ 15 for 3 windows. Total 114. I gave them a $ 10 tip because I was so happy. While others were quoting me $ 135 to $ 175 for only the cleaning. Great price and excellent service! I highly recommend them!
