Claudia is an exceptional agent who stayed true to my interests throughout four or so months of search and through the contract and close process. She was very patient with my sways across various types of property and neighborhoods. Whatever busy her day, I could always count that she would come back with information on my requests, answers to my questions, and making appointments to see the properties I happened to be interested in. She knows a great deal about the market, and she is very skillful in extracting valuable information from other agents. On one occasion, she spent a few hours in the office on a Sunday writing up an offer due next Monday morning. On another, she stayed extra time after the hours to get the offer in the best shape and, as I learned, missed a personal errand she planned after work. She is fun and personable to go around with, and she is also an impressive professional who always puts the interests of her client first and knows exactly how to take care of them in different situations. She was my best and totally reliable resource at every stage of the way, and I will be happy if I ever get to work with her again.
