Words cannot do justice to how happy I am with the work done by Ori and his amazing team at Golden Restore. My sump pump broke, flooding my basement, and I called Ori to do mold remediation. He immediately noticed that, even under the best of circumstances, my basement was chronically damp so, rather, than just drying things out, he came up with a drainage system to redirect ALL the water that had been making its way in for the 15 years I’ve lived in my home. His team installed pipes and drains, replaced all the moldy sheetrock, and sealed everything up. They even painted the new drywall, wow! It’s like I added a room to my house, since I now have a 100% dry basement where I can actually store things without having everything get mildewed. Ori is a great communicator, very punctual, extremely kind, and exceptionally good at what he does. I would give Golden Restore ten stars if I could!

It’s always such a worry in today’s world to trust people (which is why I purchased a brand new home 6yrs ago – so I wouldn’t have to worry – now the time has arrived). I’ve prayed about making a good choice and it led me to Golden Restore! I woke up last week with my pipe going of the wall. Water was all over the place and was afraid to have a f load. I call them they came and clean and fix everything up for me. Not only did they do my water damage repair, they dried and clean everything up for me. Very professional and friendly… which is very very VERY important for me.
They get the jobs done and does not dissociate themselves from the customers. Really recommend.

3 months ago, one of my rental property tenants left, leaving my property trashed… I couldn’t tell you how frustrated and nervous I was since the house was scheduled for a quick sale. So I started collecting quotes from construction companies
To my surprise, the guy at Golden restore was actually trying to save me money on the project. He wanted to do only what was necessary. A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY WITH NO UP SALE? ! works for me ! So I decided to go with these guys.
The manager and his crew went above and beyond to make sure the job was done in no time… The best thing was that they finished a couple days before what was estimated, doing a very professional job. I sold the house in less then a week!
since then I already used them twice on other properties. I highly recommend the guys at Golden Restore !

It is hard to explain to some how it feels to come home from a ski weekend at lake Tahoe only to find that your first floor is drenched with water and literally not being able to see your feet in the dirty water.
When I called Golden Restore they answered after five rings which I was great full for since it was Sunday and the manager immediately calmed me down and explained to me that they will be over right away and that the process of the restoration will be started as soon as possible.
When the team arrived to my house they didnt waste any time and as soon as we went through the details the machines were brought in and the water started being pumped out.
I happy to say that within two days the guys managed to get everything under control and the visible damage was almost gone.
before the end of the week the restoration crew finished putting in new dry wall where needed and now the whole saga seems like it never happened.

We are so happy with the work of Ori and his team at Golden Restore! They did a beautiful job remodeling our kitchen for a very reasonable cost. They added granite counter tops, marble floor tiles, a new back splash, and tore down two walls which opened up our home. The work of Golden Restore made the kitchen our favorite room and also helped increase the value of our property. We would definitely hire them again!
