Jane was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, and easy and pleasant to work with. I needed a trust signature notarized and she understood the details of trust notarizing. Plus she answered the phone when I called; always a pleasant surprise. Jane will definitely be my first call next time I need a notary. Jane helped us with our trust papers and was very conscientious and punctual. Her rates were very reasonable and she did not have to charge us for travel, since we are in Berkeley too. She came to our office at lunchtime, which was very convenient for us. We didn’t have to miss work!
