I casually attended open houses for a couple years and encountered many different types of realtors. I wanted to become a first-​time homebuyer but I was having trouble identifying the best realtor to choose — I was highly skeptical of and turned off by many of the «professionals» I was meeting at the open houses. Until I met Janet. I could tell right away how informative and service-​oriented she was. I took her card, and sent her an email a few months later to see if she’d take me on as a client. She was immediately responsive, and has been tremendously helpful for the last three months in our home search and purchase. She’s very thorough, accessible to her clients, a hard worker, and overall does an excellent job. I highly recommend her.
