This review is long overdue! Kara is truly a magical Soul! I am so grateful to have found my spiritual healer/​teacher
I first met Kara through a message session that my husband surprised me with about 10 years ago. After the first massage I was hooked, making various appointments throughout the years. One day during a massage session, I broke down and to my surprise I had opened up to her. This is something I had never done before. Little did I know this was the beginning of my journey to change. She’s not only a massage therapist but also a healer of many facets.
I have known Kara since the early stages of starting her business as a massage therapist, then Reiki sessions with cranial sacral, hypnotherapy sessions, teachings/​classes on shamanism practice, and actually becoming a healer myself. Watching her evolution has been amazing and truly inspiring.
I feel so blessed to have had all 3 Reiki attunements with Kara. Each time was incredibly mystical and a deeply spiritual experience. Done in a small group setting, which made it feel intimate and very comfortable environment. I felt surrounded by love, compassion and kindness. After this experience I have since felt profoundly connected to everyone and everything surrounding me. She has changed my life, which has opened me up to help change others around me.
I HIGHLY recommend contacting her, attending classes/​workshops, in person sessions or even over the phone appointments. It is truly a life-​changing experience.

Kara’s blend of reiki and shamanic work is unique, and I felt that my session with her was very helpful — both the session itself and the debrief afterwards.
Unfortunately Pacifica is not very convenient for me so I am going to look into other resources for follow-​up work, but she really helped me out with exactly what I needed.

If I could, I’d give Kara 10 stars. For some reason, it’s not possible.
I’ve known Kara for a long long long time. We were friends in middle school in Alabama, then went 25 years without any contact, until we reconnected through Linked-​in about 5 years ago. I consider her a friend first, but considering that I’m on a healing path myself, I wanted to become a client as well.
I don’t have words to accurately describe how much my life has changed for the best since beginning work with Kara. My life and attitude have rotated 360° and have much more inner peace and confidence as a result. Kara is an extremely gifted healer and has the ability to make incredible transformations in your life. But she’s not only great at what she does, but she’s great at what she is. I find her to be a true inspiration and model of what I can hopefully become someday.
She also has preformed energy work on my cat and has practically cured a SEVEN-​YEAR issue I’ve had with the beast, he’s been urinating outside the litter box since I acquired him as a kitten. After a 20-​minute remote «session» with Sanford, he’s gone from having two or three accidents a week to *maybe* one or two a month. It’s saved my sanity! It’s also been a great resource to know what’s going on inside his sweet, little mind. Kara’s gifted in so many different ways!
I never write reviews, ever. But the world needs to know how amazing and transforming Kara’s work can be. She’s the best.

Kara is an outstanding person, a warm and nurturing personality.
I found her as Massage Therapist years ago. The bright and warm energy that comes from her was always an attraction, and of course her mastery of technical skills, made my visits with her joyous.
As a Hypnotherapist, she takes a sacred healing approach to untying the knots in our psyche. She takes a spiritual approach to healing our human incongruities.
As Kara got involved in her Depth Hypnosis Therapy I asked her if she could help me to stop smoking cigarettes. She said she could.
I had been smoking cigarettes for the last 40 years and the addiction had truly become a Monkey On My Back! They were the greatest cause of stress in my life. I could not face the new day with out a Butt in my mouth within 10 minutes out of bed in the Morning. I was severely addicted… the cigarettes controlled my life!
Well, it turned into a 15 month story. I remember going to sessions and asking «But Kara what about the cigarettes?» She would say «don’t worry about the cigarettes, smoke them and enjoy them!» «you have other issues that are controlling that and we are still working on them.»
One day about 3 months ago, I woke up and have never smoked since.
I can easily say, I will never smoke a cigarette again as long as I live, Humph! …Thanks Kara!!!
Kara is very articulate, and has knowledge of things most of us don’t get the time to think about. If you haven’t met her, you are missing someone very important.

I saw Kara for three sessions of depth hypnosis. I find Kara and the process to be gentle, loving, and most important, helpful. Kara is an effective healer doing powerful work. Recommended.

I saw Kara after I was in a car accident and I’m so glad that I met her. From the very first session her warmth, compassion, level of understanding, extraordinary listening skills, and her calming nature put me at ease and I knew that I had come to the right place to heal from the accident. Kara takes a holistic approach (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual) to healing, which I feel is lacking with most healers. She is a well rounded practitioner. She gets to the heart of the matter and is great with asking pointed questions to get me to look at my way of being and to be able to let go of what no longer serves me. Kara has a very unique approach that combines working with your guides to inuitivley understand what you ‘need ‘for better balance and removal of patterns and obstacles that are no longer of use to you.
The removal aspect is done through a variety of techniques — the most notable, has been through the practice of Shamanistic healing which have been proven to be very effective for me.
Although I started going to her for basic bodywork needs (reiki, massage) she is a well rounded practitioner and has helped me find a better balance in my life. Kudos to you Mrs. Earls !

Kara is one of most memorable people I have met! I am so thankful I have her in my life to guide me through my struggles. She has helped me get through my anxiety and depression.

Kara is a fantastic practitioner. There are many things that I can say about my work with Kara. First off, the space that she provides for healing is incredibly nurturing and secure. Hello, my name Nathan Morello and I have been taking self-​help seminars, classes, reading books and listening to tapes for the past 10 to 15 years. I have spent thousands of dollars trying to better myself and none of the stuff I have done has ever really made a big difference in my life until I met Kara. She is a gifted healer and hypnotherapist that gets to the heart of your issues. She is honest and caring and truly amazing.
I won’t try to explain sacred healing, but what I can comment on is how I feel after a session with Kara. I feel like issues actually get resolved and are gone forever. In contrast to other therapies where you talk about it and are good for a few days but then slip right back into the issue. The things that are covered with Kara are gone and I feel awesome after every session.

Kara is absolutely outstanding at what she does. I have had chronic back/​neck pain for years and when I leave her studio I feel great. The best thing about Kara is that she doesn’t just give you a massage, but tools to deal with what causes the pain. She is incredibly professional, warm and friendly. I have always been a deep tissue and sweedish kind of guy, but Kara has introduced me to Reiki and Cranial work (without pushing them onto me). Quite frankly, I used to think these were a crock… but I was so wrong. I feel that the experience is much more than a massage, but as the name suggests, it is «Transformational Bodywork».

I have had many a massage in my life, and Kara really tops the charts. She is warm, friendly, and super good at what she does!
I’ve had back problems for some time now and have sought massage therapy as a way to relieve my chronic pain. Well, the pain has gotten worse with my sucky job and now I’m suffering with fist size knots running down the right side of my back (very painful). Kara is able to relieve much of my discomfort with massage and her Reiki (hope I spelled that right!). Now, I’m not a huge believer in «energy therapy»…but I swear Kara puts her hands on my head and all of a sudden I feel a surge of energy and I feel like I just took a spiritual shower!
If you’ve got knots, or just feel bad… go see Kara. She’ll fix you up something good!

I was surprised to find out that Kara truly loves what she does. I ditto all the previous reviews; she is full of positive energy, and has magical hands.

Kara is awesome.
The sign of a good massage therapist is in the touch, and Kara has it.
Some are too rough, some are too gentle. Kara is just right because she adapts to you by sensing the knots and tightness and focuses her hands there to give relief from pain and bundled constricted fibers.
She works with care and devotes the time required for proper treatment. She also gives great feedback and helps out by recommending stretches one can do between treatments.
Her studio is very quiet and relaxing, and you couldn’t meet a nicer person.
Call her if you need a great therapist that knows her stuff.
