Established in 2010.

I’ve developed a proven effective coaching program that will change your outlook on dating and relationships and help you fall in love. I’ve helped many men and women go from confused and frustrated to confident and flirting so that they could meet the love of their lives.

I have dedicated the past 5 years of my life researching why we get so stuck with love and intimacy and how to get the love lives we truly desire. This research gave me the tools and insights that transformed my own love life as well as the lives of my grateful clients.

Now, I’m a coach, writer, and speaker who cares deeply about people learning the art of lasting love. I graduated from the U. Wisconsin Madison Business School and the CTI-​OneTaste Coach Training Program.

I am passionate about guiding people to feel more confident, sexier, and comfortable being themselves so they can not only attract love but keep it too!

After transforming my love life from whining on the couch to flirting like crazy to creating the committed relationship I’ve always wanted, I decided to help others do the same.

I believe that you can have the kind of love life you want. You deserve it. You don’t have to settle for alone or mediocre or good enough. You do have to do something different to attract that great love though, something new. I can help you discover what that is. You’ve come to the right place.

Other useless information about me: I love gourmet pizza, laughing out loud (at myself included), new places and rituals, anything and everything to help me know who I am and be of service to this world, and cuddling with my fiancée.

Lindsay is one of those rare, delightful, super inspiring sister-​friends I hope will be in my life for a very long time.
Lindsay and I met at a relationship/​love/​manifestation workshop she hosted in downtown Sacramento. My roomie at the time, and I, went in feeling skeptical but cautiously hopeful… Could this woman help us to create our dream love lives? By the time the 60-​minute sesh was done, I was armed with a couple great tools, that I actually still use today. I decided to sign up for the free 1-​hour coaching session offered to those of us who attended. Honestly, what I learned about myself in that 1-​hour really blew open the doors for me and I realized that working with her was something I wanted to pursue.
With Lindsay’s guidance (with everything from feng shui to love to fears to dreams) I opened up and became more present, more loving and more at ease with myself. She makes, what can be, a difficult process totally painless.
I recently became engaged to the man I met while I was finishing up my process with Lindsay. I truly believe that developing myself lead me to attract and maintain this partnership into my life.
I highly recommend anyone who is struggling with relationships, self-​love, or just seem to be attracting the wrong type of people or situations in your life, to work with Lindsay.

I’ve been working with Lindsay for a few months, and she is nothing short of amazing. I went to her because I was feeling really really stuck in my life. I didn’t know which direction to go in, or what even made me happy anymore. After a few sessions I realized that Lindsay had a gift of bringing out what was going on in my head, and making me realize what I could do to get unstuck. She has a lot of tools and exercises in her back pocket that she uses to help you get these insights, and once she draws them out, it’s like you don’t have to worry about that problem anymore. From the moment I started working with her I felt very comfortable and like she really understood me. She is a truly gifted person.

Lindsay is the best! She is so friendly and personable and puts me at ease. Some days I am really feeling rather «Blah» and negative before our sessions and not really wanting to talk about why, but after I talk to Lindsay, I feel so great, open and inspired! She really connects to her clients. When talking to Lindsay, I feel like she’s known me for years. It’s amazing how insightful she is! She 150% cares about her clients. I’ve attended a few of Lindsay’s events, and had a session with her (that I won at her event!). She is super approachable, open, and has a great optimistic energy about her (but not in an annoying way). Her events are fun, and she gets you to think about your wants and needs (which often gets ignored in one’s life). She’s got helpful tips on how to improve your relationships (with self and others), and most wonderfully of all, there is NO JUDGMENT. No one is irreparably damaged, or unworthy, or too freakish. Attending her events, you meet other people, hear her own stories, and realize you aren’t the only one who struggles with self confidence, or gets annoyed by the husband/​boyfriend over stupid things, or can’t seem to find Mr. Right. Or is looking for more excitement in the bedroom! She discusses all and is open to all your relationship concerns. Overall, my interactions with her have opened my eyes, mind, and heart to a new and better way of thinking that has already helped my marriage. Give her a try! She does free initial consults. :-)

There are some things I ask Siri– like how do I get to Natomas? Are skittles Gluten-​Free?
Everything else I ask Lindsay. Actually, everything and ANYTHING. She is absolutely a wonderful person to work with because not only is she tremendously knowledgable, she has a way of conversing which is at the same time both honest and comfortable. Lindsay understands how to help you tap into whats really going on inside, and the results have been seriously eye opening for me.
It is so easy to pack life full of work, adventures, gym, classes, friends, dating– I can fill up the calendar with out a second thought. BUT stopping to look inward was something I had neglected. A topic that never came up in my college courses, and definitely not offered in the standard fare of my continuing education classes. If you haven’t had the chance to give yourself the time and consideration you give to every other value in your life, this an amazing place to start.
I really cannot say enough about how valuable she is– I recommend her to everyone!
