We just closed on our house last week. It was a short sale and we are so glad that Liz was there to help us. I recommend Liz to you and everyone I speak about buying a home in the East Bay. I went through two other sub par agents. In a tough housing market, the two previous agents had a «just buy anything» plus «use my banker» sales pitch. Liz was interested in what we wanted and didn’t steer us in any other directions. We filled out a general request form and on the day of the signing the closing papers she pointed out that we were getting the exact house we described.
Several months in, our search felt lengthy and we tried to get her to back away because we thought we were wasting her time but she didn’t want to hear about that and encouraged us to keep looking and we did. We found a diamond in the rough and even after we lost the initial bid; Liz fought for us as the back up offer and we eventually got the house.
Overall from house to house she pointed out both positive aspects and cautionary aspects of the homes. She just knows her stuff, from contracts to structural to all the neighborhoods trends. She is open, conscientious, professional and committed to your needs. How many characters are left to write a review because I could go on and on. She is that great. When you leave feeling like a friend helped you get your home, then you know all her efforts were genuine and sincere.
