TERRIBLE! I wish I could give this company zero stars. I purchased a resume/​cover letter deal from their website on June 3^rd and was promised a 3 – 4 day turn around. When I emailed to follow up, Andy (the owner) said that I would have a draft by the next morning. To my surprise, NO DRAFT! Fine, I get it, it’s a busy time people are out of work, tons of people need resumes, but companies should not make promises they cannot keep. I would also understand if they could not reach me or needed more info, but that was not the case, I feel like I am the one chasing him for a service that I PAID for. After unanswered follow up emails, I am in the process of trying to get a refund through google wallet. I am so disappointed because I really wanted this to work out. I hope
thinks about their business practices and finds a way to meet deadlines or even COMMUNICATE with their customers. $ 100 is a big deal to someone on the job hunt!!!

I wasn’t getting any responses on my resume applications for months in this recession… so I decided to turn to ResumeMastery to revamp my resume…
What caught my eye about ResumeMastery was the «guarantee to land an interview» and if I didn’t within a 180 days, my resume would be re-​written. Also i found that the cost for the service was more reasonable than most resume writing services. You’d usually shell out 200 – 300 for a resume and cover letter… who has that in a recession?
In any event… as I applied for jobs… I started getting calls from recruiters, phone interviews and yes I did land an interview. Hopefully I will land more. but the resume revamp definitely worked.

Was promised the resume and cover letter in 4 – 5 days, however it took 3 WEEKS and SEVERAL follow-​up emails before I got them. Was promised an upgrade (i.e., other resume versions), but have yet to see those either… Missed the deadline to apply for several jobs. Not happy.
