Russell is dedicated to personalizing care by listening to his patients, educating them, and helping them navigate the health care system. With more than a decade of experience in family medicine, he has developed strong interests in preventive care and sports medicine and is particularly skilled at treating diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, asthma, and allergies. He received his MD from the Hershey Medical Center at Pennsylvania State University and completed his residency in family medicine at UC Irvine. Russell is board-​certified in Family Medicine.
