Sharlyn Prakash Blankenship brings years of experience with her to the Stea Realty Group, having closed well in excess of 75 transactions. Sharlyn gives 100% of her wide range of skills, professionalism and customer service to each of her clients, whether they’re looking to purchase high end luxury properties or to find a bargain in a short sale or bank owned «REO» homes. She consistently places the value of her clients above the value of their properties.

Sharlyn has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of California and prior to working at Stea Realty Group, worked in the social science industry as a Project Coordinator at UCLA’s ISAP.

We provide the most advanced legal protection possible by virture of our managing broker’s legal expertiese and our use of the most cutting-​edge disclosures which we custom-​tailor to fit our client’s individual needs.

We are accountable for all of our transactions by being fully engaged. We do not partake in the widespread practice of passing off the management of your transaction to unlicensed support staff.
