It is possible to find your dream home and obtain the best possible price. At first I bought and sold houses and commercial property for myself, then I began assisting friends and family. Six years ago I began assisting clients just like you. With the recent change in the markets, I became a Foreclosure Prevention Specialist (FPS) and take pride in my attentive handling of short sales that produce results!

History

Established in 2004.

From 2004, as a multi-​million dollar producer over six years, I specialized in sales and listings of residential and income properties with Coldwell Banker in Orinda. I formed Cal Bay Real Estate Inc. in 2011. Cal Bay is a cutting edge, virtual company that understands the importance of technology and how it has transformed the business of real estate. While offering clients individual service, attention to detail, the latest knowledge of local and regional real estate trends and with a managing broker, lawyer and CPA, transactions are scrutinized and handled with the utmost professionalism, for the protection of clients.

A fifth generation Bay Area native, I grew up in a real estate investing Marin family, attended UC Berkeley and then USC for graduate business school. Initially working in SF in banking I moved to the East Bay to work in the construction business as a company CFO and remodeled 5 homes in Lamorinda (Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga) as well as invested in commercial property in Oakland. If I would not buy something I would not recommend my client make the purchase. My passion is to assist clients in achieving their dream of financial security through smart investing and living their dream of home ownership.
