History
Established in 2008.
It all began when a local architect and his son visited the city of Harbin in Northern China. They were delighted with all the vegan foods, especially the tofu. When they arrived back to the U.S., they were disappointed in the offerings of vegan foods and decided the Bay Area deserved better.
Caring for the environment, they also wanted to make sure their foods were prepared fresh and organic using only eco-friendly packaging.
Thus, Tofu Yu was created.
